We brought our young cat in in severe distress, following a spay at another clinic. She was in sepsis and passed away as we walked in late on a Sunday evening. The staff provided excellent care of our cat and tried to resuscitate her, but were unable to save her. They were very compassionate, understanding, listened to us, and gave us reality evidence-based expectations. We knew she was probably gone, but hoped for a miracle. They did their best for her and us. We would recommend them for anyone in the future.

We love the staff at AcutePet. They’re open on weekends and open from 10am to 10pm daily, except for some holidays.

They were very caring. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to take your pet if your regular vet is not available in an emergency or after hours situation.

My French bulldog was in distress on a Sunday. They got me in right away and treated him very well. It’s good to have someone to turn to when you are in panic mode.

they were absolutely amazing with my pitbull puppy apolla ! Was able to call and get an appointment 30 minutes later! Apolla loved all her new friends, even waited at the door for the vets every time they left !and she is better than ever now thanks to acute pet ! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was able to get in quickly. The staff was efficient and kind. It did cost more than a non-emergency appointment, but less than a traditional emergency vet.

We cannot thank AcutePet Urgent Care enough for the incredible compassion and care they showed our beloved dog, Princess, during one of the most difficult days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated Princess with kindness, patience, and genuine love. The veterinarian, Dr. Yeates and vet tech, Jessica Hecker, took the time to sit on the floor with her, helping her feel comfortable and cared for during her evaluation. They performed an ultrasound, thoroughly explained their findings, and provided us with an honest and compassionate medical opinion regarding her condition. Although the outcome was heartbreaking and ultimately led us to make the difficult decision to let Princess go peacefully, we are so grateful for the guidance, empathy, and professionalism we received. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and comforted through an incredibly emotional experience. The entire team was trustworthy, caring, and respectful—not only toward Princess but toward our family as well. We will always remember the kindness they showed us and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone needing exceptional veterinary care.
