I took my boy Titan here last night due to hypersalivation and was so impressed with the amazing care that was provided from my first phone call until discharge. My guy gets into trouble often so I have been to many emergent/urgent care facilities throughout his lifetime and this visit was top tier. I understand the busy environment that urgent/emergent care facilities can bring but I never once felt rushed or pushed aside during my time there. I forget the vet’s name but she took the time to explain all treatment options and even spent time discussing concerns I had over an incidental finding on his X-rays. The vet nurses in the back loved on him so much (I could hear them through the door) and I felt safe knowing he was in their care. I would 100% bring him there again and recommend that any concerned pet owner bring their animals here. I felt like family, thank you!

We had the best experience at AcutePet. My pup had a couple issues with his ears and we had to make an emergency visit. They got us in within a couple hours of making the appointment. I made them aware that my dog reacts badly to other dogs and they went out of their way for us. They came outside to the car to get thing started and complete some test, then made sure the office was clear before we walked in and even helped us walk out after the appointment. The appointment took only a little over an hour and this included getting the prescriptions. I had to bring my kids with me and they provided coloring books and even offered them drinks. So friendly and helpful, my Viktor is so much better and back to himself again. Thank you so much!

I was referred to AcutePet by my cat’s regular veterinarian’s office staff due to the severity of Kitti’s old injury that had grown through infection to the size of a golf ball. I had named her Miss Kitti more than ten years ago when she was living as a stray in the neighborhood and stopping by for a meal. She came in the door one winter’s day and stayed. I presume she thought I was the new sheriff in town and would be safe in my home. But, her growing “mass” concerned me. I booked an appointment online with AcutePet for the next day, a simple process. Within a few minutes upon arrival for the appointment I was able to sit down and speak with Dr. Rickabaugh and work out a surgical plan to happen the same day. The surgery went well and the mass of infected tissue was removed, analyzed, and found to be benign. Complete aftercare instructions, verbal and written, along with medications were provided for the following ten days. Miss Kitti is doing well. She is not happy with her new haircut, but it will grow back!
