They were actually recommended to me by my regular vet. Best experience I’ve had with an urgent/emergency situation with my dog. The facility was super clean, everyone was friendly and helpful, and they got us in exactly at our appt. time with no additional wait. They provided multiple options and did not try to “oversell” us on things to rack up the bill. They also checked in the next day to see how she was doing. I hope to not have a situation like this again but if I do I would definitely go to AcutePet!

Couldn’t ask for a better team! After spending a lot of money at my 2 everyday vets and my Boston, Shirley, wasn’t getting any better and was getting worse! I decided to call here to see if anything could be done. The staff was so friendly and helpful on the phone and arranged an appointment for me to get in ASAP, since I was an hour away. The doctor came in, examined and knew exactly what was wrong and came up with a treatment plan. Going on 2 days after this visit, she is slowly getting better but has a bit to go! This urgent care was a lifesaver for Shirley and myself!! I can’t thank them enough for all they did! I highly recommend them 1000000%, hands down!!👍❤️❤️

Had the best experience with AcutePet in Bellevue! My senior cat ingested an unknown plant and was very sick. I was so worried about him and I’m so glad I chose this place to take him to. The building is very clean, comfortable, and provides complimentary drinks and a TV in the waiting room. They also have a great parking lot which is rare in Bellevue! Every single staff member was so friendly and compassionate. Dr. Brownfield laid out all options and possibilities for me and the tech showed me a cost estimate for everything so I could decide what route I wanted to go. They treated my boy with so much care and got him feeling so much better. They also called the day after to check on him and talk through any questions I had. Cannot recommend them enough. I drove 30 minutes from Hebron to take my cat here and I would again for him or my other pets in a heartbeat.

Had to bring my dog in last night and went to AcutePet urgent care for the first time. All of the people there were really kind and helpful and the vet was awesome. I didn’t have to wait at all. My dog is doing much better today.

We were facing a medical emergency with our cat and could not get into our vet. We took Juneberry to AcutePet for treatment and had the most wonderful experience under awful circumstances. From the front desk staff to the Dr herself… we were blown away by the level of caring, compassion, and transparency. Our sweet girl ended up passing away, but the staff made the situation and process as stress free as possible. I can’t say enough good about the care Juneberry received and the compassion, as family, that we received. My daughter and I both work in healthcare and when faced with a critical need outside of work, it was so comforting to have others be as companionate and passionate about their work as we are about ours. Thank you so much to the staff🤍
