The staff was very kind to my cat as he was going through a bout of illness (vomiting and diarrhea with dehydration). They explained everything they were going to do before they did it, and they were very clear on the different treatment options, testing, and pricing. I was scared since he is older and he was feeling so sick, but they helped me to stay calm while we worked through it. I’m so happy to say he is feeling much better now. When your pet’s illness can’t wait for a standard appointment I would definitely recommend them. They are knowledgeable and fair, and very gentle.

We made an appointment, they kept to the timetable and kept us informed of wait times accurately. The care was exceptional and even though we were there a bit over 3 hours, everything was explained and reasonable. Very nice staff, excellent Veterinary doctor. We booked an appointment for yesterday morning thinking our sweet girl Bonnie had a UTI, but instead through imaging they found a large mass in her bladder and we had to make the kind, yet difficult decision to let her rest. Everyone we met was very kind and compassionate and let us have all the time we needed with her and helped assure us the decision we made was the right one. Even though the outcome of the visit was awful, I’m very glad we did it. She’s no longer suffering and will go through no unnecessary suffering. Rest in peace my sweet old lady.

I cannot say enough about AcutePet Urgent Care. Our new puppy had just been to our vet for her 2nd set of shots and her rabies vaccination. Our precious Pekingese, Willow had an allergic reaction to the vaccine. Our vet was now closed with no after hour info or number to call. Thank God we reached out to AcutePet. I called and was greeted by the kindest woman who cared enough to make sure our baby was seen right away. My husband rushed her in and Willow was quickly treated by the doctor. Everything was explained with follow up instructions. Willow is home and on the mend! From the call, to office staff and the doctor everything was handled with care and compassion. I highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone that has a need or emergency for their fur baby. Thank you for all you did for our Willow and for us.

Very caring facility. They helped schedule my appointment at a time I was able to give my dog my full attention and have no distractions and not feel rushed. They went through what to expect and answered all questions. It was a terrible decision to have to make and I felt at ease as she was taken care of so kindly. I miss her everyday. AccutePet Urgent Care really helped me give her the most comfortable and loving send off possible and I am happy to know she is out of pain and running free.

AcutePet was absolutely amazing during a very difficult time!!! Our c family was going through a very trying time cause of our 15 yr old cat Chloe who was extremely sick. Everyone there, doctors and nurses were so comforting and helped guide us through all the possible choices for Chloe life. I recommended them 100 times over.
