Absolutely wonderful experience for such a scary reason. Had to take our senior dog on 4th of July. Everyone was so incredibly kind. Our dog was even brought a mat (so he didn’t slip on the floor) and a bowl of ice water. Truly thankful for the people here willing to give up a holiday to treat pets in need. Highly recommend.

Everyone was careing, friendly and helpful. We were seen pretty quickly and they were so gentle with my very anxious yorkypoo. They even sent a follow up text message the next day to see how he was doing.

My dog’s appointment was at 6:00 but he was seeing about 45 minutes later. Otherwise the staff was very nice and considerate and took care of my dog.

If there is not a life threatening emergency, I definitely recommend giving them a try. It’s set up to take appointments, versus the hours long wait at the emergency vet. Took our dog in for a UTI, was in and out in about an hour. I really liked how they engaged with the pet owner while going over labs, history, and any other information. A little more expensive than a regular vet visit, which is to be expected since it is like an urgent care but much less than what I would’ve paid at the emergency vet. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Will definitely go back if there is ever a need after normal veterinary hours.

We recently used AcutePet Urgent Care for an emergency with our dog. Our usual vet was unable to get us in for a week and this situation was urgent. So I got online and set an appointment for the same day at AcutePet Urgent Care. We showed up a little early, checked in and stayed in our vehicle until they called us in at our appointment time. The veterinarian came right in and was calm and kind. He did a thorough exam and gave us possible prognosis’ along with options. Unfortunately the best option for our fur baby was to cross the rainbow bridge. This office and staff made all of that very calm and comforting. We used Faithful Companions through AcutePet Urgent Care for cremation and our girl was dropped back off to us at home today.
