The service was incredible and very professional; they showed amazing sensitivity toward my dog Mia .I will never forget how they welcomed me and took in my dog—who was clearly in pain—when other clinics refused to see me without an appointment during an emergency. I cannot say enough wonderful things about AcutePet Urgent Care in Beavercreek, Oh! From my very first phone call, the receptionist showed so much care and kindness. There were no appointments available online, but she truly heard me—and she heard the anxiousness in my voice. The team made accommodations to see Skye before they left for the night, going above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Everything was very organized. They sent the treatment consent digitally before our visit, and our wait time was short. The nurse who triaged Skye was amazing—caring, polite, and attentive to how anxious she was. Instead of forcing anything on her, she slowed down and met Skye exactly where she was. Then the doctor came in, and all I can say is—amazing. They got right down on the floor with Skye, and by that time, the team had already helped relieve so much of her anxiety. They treated her with patience, gentleness, and genuine compassion. They also listened to my financial concerns and worked with me to create a treatment plan that met Skye’s needs while respecting what I could afford. I never felt judged or pressured. This entire team made a stressful situation feel manageable. Skye was not treated like just another animal or appointment—she was cared for like she mattered. I am incredibly grateful they made room for us and showed us such kindness. I highly recommend Acute Pet Urgent Care!

Staff was very knowledgeable and exhibited compassionate care.

The staff were all friendly, concerned and helpful. They each listened carefully and were very patient with us and our pet. The officer was clean and looked well taken care of.

I am so Thankful for this place! I took my Dog here because she was in a lot of distress. From the moment we entered till we left these people are so friendly and professional and they helped my dog! If your pet needs medical attention and you don’t know where to get help please come here !!!! The attention is Great they give ypur pet and the prices are fair

They had immediate availability and they were extremely kind. They looked my girl over. They did the necessary testing, keeping us informed along the way and treated her appropriately hands-down great experience on a very scary day. Thankful for everyone who works there and made this a good experience.
