AcutePet Urgent Care vets in Summerville, SC

This was the first time we went here. It was late but they still let me come and they treated my doggie with such good care. The doctor and staff were all so friendly.

Thank you Acute Care for your outstanding hospitality when my dog Zoey on 8/9/26 was involved in a car accident with my partners. You truly took care of us. Going in I was nervous nothing would get done because my dog is a gabapentin girl to help with your anxiety. I didn’t think she was going to get through the exam but she did. She needs X-ray to make sure everything was good internally and you guys gave me 3 options to choose for my fur baby to get her images she needed. You all were very gentle with her when injecting the needle. I saw a method I haven’t seen before. I wanted to give a special things to The two ladies that were at the front desk as well during check-in. They Were absolutely phenomenal with getting all the information they needed and explaining everything to me. Lastly, what I can say about this place is that it is very budget friendly for fur parents who need a little assistance with these insane prices with ER veterinarian hospitals. The staff here are all very compassionate. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful when my dog had to be put down.

We had an emergency after managing an illness for a few days. We were referred by our primary vet and were very pleased. The office was very clean and well equipped, the intake folks were cordial and got us checked in quickly. The tech that took the intake info was a skilled listener and helped us put together a good history for the vet. The vet was clearly technically competent, and did not try to take advantage of our emotional state. We were given a more conservative track of treatment and a more comprehensive choice of treatment. We were not pressured. We chose the more conservative approach and had a 100% resolution to Paco’s emergency. I highly recommend this practice!

This office and staff are top notch. Most compassionate of any pet care I’ve ever had.

The place took me back quickly. The nurse and staff were very friendly and the doctor was very detailed regarding my pets diagnosis. The costs were broken down and quite reasonable for a urgent care vet. Will definitely recommend others to go here as well.

We recently took our sweet Midnight to this Urgent Care facility. From the time we walked in until the moment we left with our sweet baby they were compassionate and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again. We just received a sympathy card from them. Thank you so much for your help with our baby.

My fur baby was bit by a snake. From calling to see if I can bring her in (we live an hour away) to the treatment of my fur baby it was a wonderful experience. The staff and Dr Torres were patient, explained everything in detail and gave me different options. It was refreshing to get that amount of communication. Made me feel good about choosing to come here. I would definitely recommend and go there again if needed. Too bad they do not do all Vetenarian things. I would drive an hour for wellness check and shots and such. Amazing team. Thank you 😊
