I had a wonderful experience at AcutePet Urgent Care, From the very start, scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, with friendly staff that made the process simple and stress-free. When we arrived, the team was welcoming and made sure both Buddy and I felt comfortable. The clinic was clean, organized, and had a calming atmosphere. During our visit, the veterinary staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They took their time explaining everything clearly and treated my pet with genuine care and compassion. They were able to fit me in last minute. Both of vet tech and the vet were very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work within my budget. They reassured me every step of the way with the medications I had to give my dog for his medical issues

I didn’t know this place existed. Our vet couldn’t fit us in when my dog broke her toe and advised us to go to an urgent care facility. I’m so glad I found AcutePet Urgent Care. Everyone on staff was incredibly nice and they understand wanting to start with conservative treatment initially and not automatically jumping to the most expensive treatment. They did a great job getting x-rays without having to use anesthesia and did a great job splinting our dog’s leg. I’m so glad we found a place we can go to if our vet isn’t an option and the medical problem isn’t severe enough to need emergency treatment.
