We brought our cat in to be seen by the vet because she was having diarrhea and we thought she might have a urinary blockage. She was examined right away, several options were discussed with us and the doctor came in to go over everything with us after examining her. Thankfully her bladder was fine and we were sent home with probiotics and prescription can food. We would definitely visit this clinic again to assess urgent situations with our pets. Everyone was very kind, caring and professional.

They were very kind and hospitable to us before and during the process of saying goodbye to our family dog of fifteen years. Gave us water, let us touch and kiss him as he went. They explained the process very clearly and informed us of what was to happen after the fact and set us up with their partner company who is currently taking care of his remains. If you’re unfortunately having to say goodbye to a part of your family and want to be ensured that everything will be okay and handled with care, definitely consider them an amazing option.

Just had our first experience with the staff in the Summerville office and I must say it was probably the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. From my initial phone call to Paris and my arrival 20 minutes later everything went as smoothly as possible. I was greeted by Paris with compassion and concern and the entire staff made us feel more than welcome and thankful that we chose to visit them. I would highly recommend their services to anybody that needs pet care. Fast, courteous and compassionate, can’t lose with that combination. Thank you all for everything

I’d give 10 stars if i could. They took good care of my little Coco and quickly diagnosed her. Didn’t have to wait and very reasonable. I’ve already told my neighbor and friends about you guys if they ever need a good urgent care for their pets. Thanks again!

The entire staff were amazing & extremely respectful to my 7 1/2 year old German Shepherd Bear, who passed away from blood cancer. I would highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone who would need their services.

From the moment I walked in the door, my dog and I were shown care and concern. We were immediately taken to a room and the wait time was very short. The doctor and staff showed so much compassion and answered every question. They were up front about cost so there were no surprises. I’m happy to say my little guy is doing great, but if he’s ever in need of urgent care again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to AcutePet.
