We cannot thank AcutePet Urgent Care enough for the incredible compassion and care they showed our beloved dog, Princess, during one of the most difficult days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated Princess with kindness, patience, and genuine love. The veterinarian, Dr. Yeates and vet tech, Jessica Hecker, took the time to sit on the floor with her, helping her feel comfortable and cared for during her evaluation. They performed an ultrasound, thoroughly explained their findings, and provided us with an honest and compassionate medical opinion regarding her condition. Although the outcome was heartbreaking and ultimately led us to make the difficult decision to let Princess go peacefully, we are so grateful for the guidance, empathy, and professionalism we received. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and comforted through an incredibly emotional experience. The entire team was trustworthy, caring, and respectful—not only toward Princess but toward our family as well. We will always remember the kindness they showed us and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone needing exceptional veterinary care. Thank you for helping Princess and for treating her with such dignity and love.

We’ve moved a lot and have been to many different clinics & this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the vets are second to none. My dog recently cut his paw and had to have stitches. Dr Powers did such a great job that the area has healed so well & every vet that checked it after was equally impressed at how amazing the fix was. I agree! My only complaint is that I wish they also had primary vet clinics, as well, so we could go there full time 🙂 100/10 recommend.

My sweet girl needed help with a pregnancy where she lost the pup. Which caused her to almost lose her life. Acute was so professional and worked to save my pup. I can’t thank them enough.

Everyone was very caring and calm during this difficult process. Ultimately had to transfer out to emergency vet where my sweet girl had to cross the rainbow bridge. AcutePet called to check on us the next day and I informed them that we had to make a difficult but the right decision for my sweet girl. To my surprise I received a sympathy card a few days later with handwritten notes for those who met my sweet Nala! Wonderful caring team.

Our regular vet’s office had closed for the day (Saturday) and an issue came up suddenly for one of our dogs. We took her into AcutePet and there were very nice and attentive towards our dog. A test was done and the results were sent to our regular vet. It was a very good experience and with a reasonable price. I would go back and recommend them to others.

The front desk check in was quick. The lady was extremely friendly and caring. The tech was very attentive to our puppy! The vet was extremely concerned helpful and considerate of our time and money in our emergency situation. I would definitely recommend them for all of your pets needs-emergency or routine.
