Friendly and compassionate. My pup woke up with a red swollen eye. We were seen quickly and he was throughly examined. Costs were shared upfront unlike some places and medications were given to us when we left so we could go straight home. They treated my little guy like he was their own even followed up the next day! Appreciate their services and kindness.

I was genuinely impressed with the service at AcutePet. The technician was patient with our questions and very kind. Dr. Katie was super friendly and great with my one-year-old boxer. Both were knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. Fantastic staff and a well-run operation. We took our 6 month old puppy here for a very large abscess that had formed from an infection after a sub-par visit to a different urgent care in the area. This team was incredible! We showed up about 35 minutes early and they noticed it was a pressing matter and they started taking care of our dog immediately, and treated him with great compassion and diligence! They were thorough with their explanations and instructions, and are very communicative with our personal vet. Could not recommend this team enough for your pet’s medical needs!
