My cat Miko was extremely ill on a holiday, and they got me in and took real good care of us. All the employees were so kind. I was pretty sad and worried, and they put me in a private exam room and got me a soda and just kept coming in to update me, putting me at ease. They walked through x-rays and lab results and were just super helpful and informative. Savannah called me again the next day to check on Miko. It was just a very good experience. If you ever have to take your pet somewhere in an emergency situation, I highly recommend AcutePet.

We brought our dog Durham in for a visit and had such a positive experience. Everyone was so welcoming and kind from the moment we walked in. The team was quick, but still very thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They listened to our concerns without making us feel rushed. It made a stressful situation feel a lot easier. They truly made Durham feel at ease too; he is normally very anxious at the vets office. We also really appreciated that they didn’t try to oversell any unnecessary services and were very upfront with fair pricing. We’re really grateful for the care they provided!

Note, these are EMERGENCY vets! They’re not necessarily here to diagnose; they’re here to make sure your pet survives long enough to make it to your vet. I’ve had great interactions with these ladies. My cat had a recurring viral issue and I sought help here several times outside my normal vet’s operating hours. They check thoroughly, check in after the appointment, make it clear that they work with financial restrictions, and genuinely just care. They offer immediate care for emergencies and but scheduling is also really easy. Savannah, particularly, was so kind and helpful through the whole process and even messaged me later in the week to check on Atlas. I would highly recommend this hospital for emergent issues. They do it right!

We went in for an appointment for our senior Westie. The vet techs/front staff were very friendly and professional. They immediately took her vitals and confirmed that everything was good there so we could wait for the doctor. One of the staff members noticed that she was using a kidney support supplement because we had taken in all of her medications. She took the time to let us know that she had some leftover from her pet who had passed away and offered to bring it in the next time she was in the office so we could have it. They really went above and beyond to make this a good visit. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good care and friendly staff.

Super friendly and sweet staff! They were at capacity when me and my kitty got there but still wasn’t a very long wait! My cat was so comfortable here! They really care about the animals and helped mine feel better in no time! 10/10 recommend 🫶🏻

Best staff ever! Incredibly scary situation with my pet but as soon as I stepped in to their office – you could tell they cared. They took fantastic care of Maisie and us and were able to get to the bottom of her distress quickly. They confirmed what their next steps were and made sure I was onboard throughout the process. They even took care of us! I highly recommend this office! Top notch professional care!
