After our regular vet’s schedule was full for the day—too busy to give care—I immediately took my buddy to AcutePet/Bellevue, Kentucky. Everybody on staff was friendly and helpful. Diagnosis was made after radiograph images and blood work taken. The veterinarian also did a hands on eval of his legs, hips and back. A course of prescription treatment was given for home care over the next couple of weeks. Grateful AcutePet was there when needed quick attention. The drive is almost an hour, and again on return, since there aren’t any available emergency clinics nights or weekends around us, much less vet practices offering urgent care during those hours, even when desperately needed. Thanks, AcutePet! It could’ve been much worse, if not for your availability. —J C

Took my dog in on a Sunday evening, the vet tech was very knowledgeable as well as the vet, they both listened to everything I said in detail and diagnosed my dog with a scratch on his cornea and gave him the best treatment I could have asked for! They were so kind and my dog was happy when he left! While this wasn’t a dire emergency I love that they got me in within two hours of me calling and listening so intently and helping make him better!

Took my very sick cat in. They started working on him immediately. He did not end up making it but everyone at AcuteVet was so kind and communicated well. Thanks again.

I can’t say enough about the staff here. They took care of us at the last minute, never made us feel rushed, and saved our baby. Potsticker says she’ll scare anyone that says anything mean!

Our dog needed care after getting hurt and the staff was able to get her in quickly. Care was efficient and very empathetic. Hope we don’t have another incident but will definitely be the first place we call if our pets are ever suddenly sick!
