My sister and I came to euthanize our rapidly declining cat. Though that was the first and only time I’ve been there, I can tell this is definitely a place to go to receive the best urgent care for your pets. The facilities were clean and organized, and the staff was accommodating(they extended an appointment that was already late), knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The price was decent but well worth it. They made what was a heart-wrenching, painful process no harder than it had to be. I thank them mightly for this as I deal with our loss. I just wish I had known about them sooner.

Dr Beauchamp and the rest of the staff were amazing. Our kitty took a turn for the worst and they helped to make her comfortable so we could let her run free. They were compassionate and caring and I couldn’t have asked for better care under the circumstances. Thank you all for your help in such a difficult time.

Acute Pet has helped us out a couple of times in the past few months. They are very nice and knowledgeable, and very compassionate. We put our German Shepherd down there a couple weeks ago. They are good people. They also helped another of our dogs when she got an anal gland infection.

The entire staff was incredible. I don’t know if there is a better option for pet urgent care in our area. Thank you to the staff. Thank you for treating my baby right. Thank you for being informative and caring and accommodating to us and our precious cat. I cannot say enough good things. The team made a very difficult situation much more manageable and never once did we feel rushed or overwhelmed by the staff.

Everyone we encountered was great. Tech took her time and learned everything about what was going on, and the Dr we saw gave her a thorough exam and explained our options well. I did not feel rushed and felt like they really cared. We had an appt but I was concerned we would be there for a long time and even with giving her fluids, it was a timely visit. We had to call back later for a concern. They answered our questions and even called back in the morning. Highly recommend this office when you have an unexpected vet needs!

Everyone on staff was amazing today! I woke up to an emergency situation with my cat and they took excellent care of him! I arrived as a walk-in and was seen right away. They answered all of my questions and showed an amazing level of care for my boy, who is expected to recover. I would definitely recommend this office for all of your urgent care pet needs! Cat tax included!
