The staff here is exceptional. They went above and beyond to care for our Bogie in his last hours. I called in a panic when I came home and found him collapsed, and they got me in right away, doing everything in their power to help save him. You can tell immediately that the entire staff is incredibly kind and compassionate; they were very comforting in a dire situation. Afterwards, they even took the time to send us a very thoughtful card with some of our boy’s fur and prints. All wonderful people, I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you all for everything you do!

All I can say is they are amazing. I called worried about my fur baby who had fallen down my wood steps. They didn’t have an opening but talked to the docs and made time for me to come in..the two ladies who treated me at the front desk were awesome, the nurse in the room was awesome, and the vet was awesome!!! They all were so sweet and caring. They provided excellent care to my fur baby and me. Thank you to the entire team! Your kindness and care are top notch! ♥️♥️♥️

Wonderful, humane service. We felt our cat Sega was well taken care of, she even said so, I think? Its really hard to say, our cats German could use some work. She is doing very well thanks to the excellent advice of staff. I cannot recommend the service enough, please keep up the great work!

Everyone was polite and helpful. They offered us a selection of beverages while we waited. Our dog hurt her leg so we had to do X-Rays. They explained everything upfront along with costs. Although it’s an hour drive it is worth it. I will use them from now on for any “urgent care” emergencies.

These guys are great. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The price is decent too. I went at 6pm on a Sunday and thought I’d pay way more than I did. They were very good with my dog, he’s a bully breed and most places treat him differently because they’re afraid of him but not here. Definitely will return to them if needed in the future. 1000/10

Acute Pet was there for us during a painful and stressful time. Our cat had a ruptured anal gland. The staff at Acute pet was knowledgeable, sincerely kind, and professional. They genuinely cared about the best interest of our pet. The care and knowledge we received brought healing to our beloved cat and comfort when I felt very unsure.
