I did not get their names because I was a sobbing mess, but the two women who helped me and my very elderly cat, Mr. Cat, on the evening of September 9th, 2026 around 8pm were angels. Literal angels on earth. Thank you sweet ladies for everything you did. I am so sorry I could not articulate my gratitude while I was there. Thank you for how you treated me. I will never forget it. ❤️

We were delivered devastating news that my not even two year old golden retriever Millie had a bowel obstruction and would need emergency surgery or she would die. This staff was all hands on deck making dozens of calls to friends of other establishments trying to find me affordable options to save my baby girl as I’m a full time student and full time worker. Thankfully they were able to send me off with meds and a long list of possible places to call for the surgery. As of now things are looking up with her just out of surgery already acting more herself. I couldn’t thank the people here enough for their dedication to helping a girl save her first baby.

Just had our first experience with the staff in the Summerville office and I must say it was probably the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. From my initial phone call to Paris and my arrival 20 minutes later everything went as smoothly as possible. I was greeted by Paris with compassion and concern and the entire staff made us feel more than welcome and thankful that we chose to visit them. I would highly recommend their services to anybody that needs pet care. Fast, courteous and compassionate, can’t lose with that combination. Thank you all for everything

First time using this vet service on Labor Day weekend. We adopted a dog and two days later realized when cleaning its ears during a bath that they were just full of sticky gooey Brown crud. Found Acutepet because our regular vet was closed during the holiday weekend. Acutepet was able to get her in and she ended up having yeast infections in her ears. she was a little bit dehydrated too so they gave her some fluids. The vet tech actually got down on the floor with our dog to give her the fluids because our dog was so shy and timid and was staying in the corner . can’t say enough good things about the staff. from the person at the front desk who greeted Hazel to the vet tech to the veterinarian, they were all so nice! we will definitely go back here again. Price was fair for the treatment Hazel received.

The staff was very nice and took good care of my dog Elvis. We walked in and didn’t have to wait that long even though it was a holiday weekend. Will be using them again, great place!
