The staff at AcutePet, gracefully held mine and my wife’s hand, and tenderly walked us through one of the darkest and most painful times of our life. They lovingly helped us escort our baby, Xander, across the rainbow bridge. The compassion with which they dealt with us is unsurpassed. AcutePet actually was a lot better than expected for emergency pet care. Total was $235, much better than the other emergency place. Seen by the doc within 20 minutes, had blood work done and the folks were super nice and empathetic. Will definitely go there again if I need to. Also, same day appointment (made online) since we don’t have a regular vet.

i recently visited acute pet for what felt like a unique and odd circumstance, however, the staff made me feel like what i came in for was an everyday experience. they helped me stay in my budget and offered all options before moving forward with anything: i was super nervous for my pet; they did not invalidate that whatsoever, which i was very appreciative of. in my opinion, they also had very reasonable pricing and policies. if i would need to send a pet to urgent care again, i would confidently come back. thank you acute pet for taking my situation seriously 🩷

We had a great experience at AcutePet in Bellevue! Our pup tried jumping a fence and didn’t quite clear it. We were able to get an appointment within 2hrs and they took us back right on time. Our dog gets pretty nervous at the vet, but Dr. Emery and vet assistant Missy were patient and sweet with her. Dr. Emery did a phenomenal job on her stitches and was able to salvage a good part of the skin. In all the appointment, procedure, and meds totaled $600 which I find to be very reasonable considering our pup needed light sedation. I would have surely paid double elsewhere. Thank you AcutePet for taking such good care of our Mabel!

This place is nothing like a MedVet! Not Crowded and more like an urgent care that humans go to instead of the ER like a MedVet. My dog was vomiting and not feeling well. Everyone was nice and calm. Got us back right away and was there less than an hour. Gave him shot for nausea and medication for his stomach. They contacted my main vet for all previous care and meds. Definitely will be my first choice.

From the moment, I called to set up the appointment. I felt very secure that I was doing the right thing. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, they were all very nice very sweet very caring and had much knowledge of what was going on with my cat. She has sent started feeling better already just from yesterday already. She’s my baby girl of 16 years and I’m so glad that they were able to get her in and give her some proper medicine to help her. I would highly recommend them to anyone because they are truly one of the best pet places I have ever been in. I would truly give them five stars all day long!

AcutePet in West Chester is phenomenal. I’ve had to use their services twice and each time I was met with kindness, compassion, and a thorough visit and explanation for my pup. They put my mind at ease throughout a stressful day and most importantly, treated my pet with the upmost care. 10/10 would recommend.
