There aren’t enough words for how awesome the staff here is We found one of our dogs had been shot on a Friday late afternoon/evening & live close to 45 minutes out of Summerville. I called to see if we could bring him, and from the moment we walked in (Ms Paris 😘)to the minute we walked out and the follow up call the next day We as well as our dog were treated like family by the entire staff . Thankfully it was a clean through and through and there was no real internal damage An emergency like this is never expected and isn’t cheap but it was very reasonable for everything that was done to make sure our boy was not only ok but he was comfortable and he was treated with love ( which he sucked up 😁) If you have a pet emergency, don’t hesitate to get them to AcutePet Urgent Care. A million Thank you’s to the entire staff and lots of doggie kisses from Lil Boy

We had a great experience with AcutePet! They took our miniature Aussie back as soon as we arrived, completed X-rays, and sent out referrals on our behalf to help arrange surgery. They even called the next day to check on our puppy and see how things were going. Surgery was scheduled just two days later at one of their preferred facilities. We truly appreciated their prompt service, communication, and genuine concern for our puppy’s well-being. Highly recommend AcutePet!

They provided quick and effective care. They checked in the next day to see how my animal was doing. When I called with follow up questions, they consulted the doctor and got back to me within 30 minutes.

The staff are some of the most caring, kind individuals I have encountered at a vets office. They provided excellent care and advice for a reasonable price. I highly recommend for any of your pets needs.

My precious pup Honey came down suddenly with a UTI. Acutepet quickly set up an appointment within the hour. We were seen immediately and treated with compassion and respect. I’m happy to say my Honey is all better. So glad they were there for us in our emergency.
