Very friendly staff. They were very professional and took time to answer my 500 questions, see my cry, and took good care of my furbaby. The office was very clean, smelled nice.

This was the first time we brought our dog here and we were very satisfied with the care we received. We were greeted when we walked in and were given a room right away and offered a selection of beverages while we waited for the Doc. Place is very clean and bright. Nurses and doctor took great care of our scared and sick dog. Although the results were not what we wanted to hear, the team was very supportive and caring. They assisted with calling the pet hospital to let them know we were coming there and offered any further assistance we might need. The compassion shown will not be forgotten. Our precious canine friend is no longer with us, but the support and kindness she was given on her last day meant the world to us. Huge thank you to the entire team!

All of the staff was amazing, friendly and compassionate during a very difficult time. This was our first experience with AcutePet… and though the outcome wasn’t what we were hoping for, the Dr was great, spent time with us, answered our questions and we never felt rushed even though it was at the end of the night.

Easy to book an appointment. Very friendly staff. Vet was patient with me and explained what was going on and even showed me a visual. Didn’t push any treatments or unnecessary tests. This place will be my first choice in the event something happens with my dogs. No question!!

They were very good with my dog Sofie but abit expensive

Very comforting and helpful. I had to take my pet to another hospital to be watched over gor a few days and I was worried about the cost – they found the most affordable, available one for me. I disnt have to do any of the leg work. Thank you guys!

The entire experience with Acute Pet Urgent Care was exceptional! The front desk staff was very helpful and understanding and the veterinarian took lots of time with my dog and explained thoroughly what was going on. Their wonderful treatment had my pet feeling much better and back to herself the following day. They also contacted me the next day to see how she was doing. Would definitely recommend!

The team at urgent pet did a wonderful job with my dog on a Sunday evening when my normal vet was closed. I would highly recommend take your pet here for any emergent needs before visiting one of the bigger emergency clinics in the area.

Acute pet had quick availability on a Saturday evening. My sick kitty and I were welcomed into a private treatment room immediately, where he received excellent care. The staff was very kind, and thorough. Dexter is feeling much better now!
