This place is amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They made Wilbur feel like he was home. They were so good with him. The exam was above and beyond what I was expecting. They were upfront with what they suggested. I followed their suggestions and he is doing so much better. Thank you!

Highly recommend bringing your animals here if they have an issue! I brought my anxious German Shepherd in when he broke a nail off. The staff was so kind and gentle with him, even though he was not feeling super friendly. It can be stressful bringing your animal to any doctor office, especially when they’re in pain, but they made it easy and we were in and out within an hour. If we have any future issues, we will be coming here first.

Tensions are high when visiting an emergency vet and the staff was attentive, calming and understanding. Hope to not have to go back, but absolutely will if I need to. My fur baby was in very good hands.

My puppy got attacked by another dog at a dog park, and my vet referred us to AcutePet Urgent Care! They were amazing. They got us in quickly, they were fast to act and stitch my girl up, and were amazing at all of our follow-ups. This is my partner’s first dog, and I think he called them at least 20 times in the two weeks in took for my dog to heal, and they were so patient with his very random and niche concerns LOL. 100000/10

Can not sing my praises enough for this practice and all of the staff that works there. We’ve had to come in a few time due to blockage issues with our kitty Sebastian, and they offered such a high level of care and compassion – not just for the kitty but for the very anxious pet parents out there. They met my tears and concerns with patience and empathy; walking me through everything and giving me ongoing support and even after we left the practice. All of my follow up calls were met with clear compassionate answers, and reassurance that we were doing the right things to care for our kitty. An EXTRA special thank you to the front desk staff (truly they are angels!). They were literally a shoulder for me to cry on during a very scary moment, and passed no judgement on me being an anxious wreck while waiting for answers. They also followed up to check on Sebastian after continued/higher level of care was needed. Going to the vet is always going to be a stressful experience, but the staff here really goes above and beyond to offer the highest level of care. We are so grateful for all support and care we received, and cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you again!
