My first time going there and it was wonderful. The doctor was very patient and understanding and loving to my dog. They kept us informed the whole time and all of the vet techs and front desk girls were just so caring and awesome. They explained everything and just an overall wonderful experience. Thank you for taking care of my baby boy. And he’s doing so good. The pics that are included are at the time of surgery, which was a week ago. He is doing great now.

Our Shih Tzu Lily was having intestinal problems. The entire staff at AcutePet Urgent Care did an outstanding job making her feel comfortable, drawing up and efficiently executing a clear plan of treatment. They took extra pains to clearly explain and demonstrate exactly how we should give Lily her medicine as well as what we needed monitor and put everything in writing. Their ever passionate and truly helpful attitude made our experience really tired joyful!!

Took my dog here when he was not feeling well, and they took wonderful care of him. The vet took extra time to make sure I understood all of his test results, and even followed up to see how he was doing the next day. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Unfortunately, our last visit was to say goodbye to our dearly, beloved Coco. It’s not something we expected, but the team At Acute Care may it easier by making sure we knew what was going on and just being there. We will never forget your kindness! We have been there for other reasons and we have always been given the support that we need to help make the right decisions in the care of our pets. I would give you 10 stars if I could!

They saved my cat from a dire situation. Everyone was friendly with me and gentle with my cat. It wasn’t looking too good for him but now he is up and moving, eating and quickly gaining his weight back. They also let me see the screen and walked me through everything that was going on. My big ginger cat, King had been sneezing a lot, and just wasn’t acting hisself. I brought him in to be checked. The staff, and doctor were great! The doctor was very knowledgeable, and put us on the right path to help King to feeling better. Turned out he was in need of a dentist. Thank you so much!

Our experience was top quality. Everything from scheduling the appointment online, to arrival, to the time that we went into the exam room was handled very professionally and seamlessly. Dr Ken was very respectful. He listened carefully to symptoms which we were concerned about with our senior dog. He did a thorough exam and listed several potentials that he thought could be causing the issues. He was professional and respectful when we asked for a conservative approach. Support staff was also kind and respectful and knowledgeable. We are very thankful to have access to this kind of quality care on a Sunday for our dog. The price was also very realistic. All aspects were very professional. From our experience, we would absolutely recommend.

This was the best service that I have ever received at a veterinary clinic/hospital. They were very professional and explained every detail of the procedure. Petey(our barking family member) was in extreme pain and unfortunately we had to make the decision to let him pass. The process was on our time frame, we could spend all the time we wanted to say goodbye and we thank them for that. And the price was less expensive than our regular veterinarian. Thank you again for the outstanding service for Petey
