Our family brought our sweet Olivia into the clinic on August 12th for end of life care. The clinic staff provided her with oxygen to ease her dyspnea, associated with CHF. We were provided options from the veterinarian on what would be the best outcome. He then brought her into our room, where she was gently placed in my arms. As he administered the medicine to help stop her heart, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family that loved her unconditionally. What would have been an agonizing experience, turned into peace and comfort, as she took her final breath. Thank you, everyone, for showing compassion and kindness to all of us! We can’t thank you enough, from the bottom of our hearts!

My dog, Judy, was in distress. I was able to make a same day appointment online. The staff and vet were great. They set our minds at ease regarding what was going on with my dog. They even put her medicine in measured droppers. This was the best vet experience I’ve had since moving to the area four years ago.

Although it was a terrible weekend, the team explained everything so well and were very compassionate. Our 2 oldest arrived with our boy and the team got to work quickly and kept us posted until we could arrive. They walked us through some tough decisions and helped us love our boy one last time on this side. Very grateful for their team and their kindness through this difficult time.

I took my dog here after she had been having some severe stomach upset issues for four days and attempting to get her into another urgent care twice but the wait was 6-10 hours each time. The staff here is extremely kind, understanding and empathetic. I was an emotional wreck because my dog is my world but they were able to come up with a treatment plan which put my mind at ease. I appreciated how they didn’t try to guilt trip me into running unnecessary tests but gave me options. The cost was reasonable, about what I would spend at my primary. They even called my primary vet (which I really appreciated because I had very little down time to do anything other than take care of my baby) I am happy to report my puppers is back to her normal self, attitude and all. 😆 They also accept Carecredit. Thank you for all your help and compassion.

I am so glad my father-in-law told me about this place! I had an extremely calming and professional experience here! The front desk folks were awesome, and even though I was a walk-in, I got in within an hour of getting in the door. It was funny because there were a total of four golden retrievers at the same time! Jenny, the nurse, was just outstanding with my girl, and so understanding. She even came to the little room where we were and showed me how to effectively clean her ears and administer the medication and drops. Dr. Handler saw us, and oh my goodness, what a peaceful and calming presence he has! I was really grateful for the photos of the lab work and what they found… It was clearly explained and everyone was just so kind and I didn’t feel rushed and shoved out the door. While, it may cost a little bit extra to have our fur babies seen at the last minute, as an urgent care model, this was an incredible experience for me and my dog. Highly recommend this if you need it, and I’m sorry if you do need it, but if it’s not an urgent emergency and you can’t get into your regular vet, give them a try! If I do need to come again, this will be my first choice.

Took my dog in when he was sick and the staff was very helpful and kind during the stressful situation. They made sure we were taken care of and comfortable during our visit. We were seen and on our way home with home care within a few hours. They checked on us the next day and made sure he was feeling good! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys for everything!
