Having to put down a beloved pet is never easy, but these ladies made the experience bearable. It felt very calm and serene in the room, that I believe was specifically for these difficult situations. It did not feel like a vet office which made us feel comfortable. Everyone we encountered were very nice and understanding to us, when we were at our saddest. They explained to us what exactly would and could happen during the process. They gave us as much time in the room alone with our girl as we needed to say our goodbyes both before and after she passed. I really liked that they had a door bell to push to let them know we were ready for the doctor to return. I will definitely recommend this urgent care vet office to anyone! Thank you for taking care of our Sadie girl even though you’d never met us before!

Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because we were there for over 2 hours. It was insane. But it was the busiest day they have had in quite a while they said and it was right before a snow storm. But pricing was more reasonable than I thought it would be and they gave good care to my cat that had the flu. Nice people as well.
