Took my elderly dog here today who started having an eye issue over the weekend. Was able to book a next day appt online, was incredibly easy to do! The staff was wonderful, and the place was very clean and nicely decorated. The pricing was very reasonable for an urgent care, in between a normal vet and less than the emergency vet. Will absolutely return if I need to for either of my dogs!

Everyone we encountered was great. Tech took her time and learned everything about what was going on, and the Dr we saw gave her a thorough exam and explained our options well. I did not feel rushed and felt like they really cared. We had an appt but I was concerned we would be there for a long time and even with giving her fluids, it was a timely visit. We had to call back later for a concern. They answered our questions and even called back in the morning. Highly recommend this office when you have an unexpected vet needs!

Everyone on staff was amazing today! I woke up to an emergency situation with my cat and they took excellent care of him! I arrived as a walk-in and was seen right away. They answered all of my questions and showed an amazing level of care for my boy, who is expected to recover. I would definitely recommend this office for all of your urgent care pet needs! Cat tax included!

My dog ate half a pair of underwear when I went to get food (not bad dog, bad human - I’m so embarrassed). They got him right in, everyone was so kind and so good with him. He was taken care of and they went above and beyond. Thankfully the solution was just getting him to puke it out and surgery wasn’t required, but they set him up to puke it out in the exam room so I could’ve there with him to try to calm him down (he’s TERRIFIED of puking and I didn’t want to leave him alone).They also gave him a little tag at the end for being a brave boy. This dog is my whole world and the kindness they showed him and I on a not fun day for us, paired with the speed and knowledge of treatment made a bad day so much easier. I’m so appreciative of them and will always come here whenever we need anything like that.

We had to take our poor baby girl Athena for a visit at Acute Pet Urgent Care due to her being attacked by another dog and was in need of some stitches and other wound care. The staff was wonderful. They made sure we were fully informed about how everything was going to go with our baby girl as well as kept us frequently updated on how she was doing during treatment. They even worked with us on our tight budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very appreciative, they were able to accommodate a visit later in the night on a Saturday with no appointment. Our cat had a unexpected health issue and they were able to get it sorted. She is doing great now thanks to the care they provided. I was also impressed with how clean the lobby was. I also must add the staff was awesome. They gave me options for treatment and made sure to throughly explain everything. They also kept me very informed on the status of our cat during the procedure. Everyone was very helpful and definitely helped reduce the overall stress of the night. Definitely recommend

We brought Tootsie to Acute Pet last week after hours and hours of getting sick. Her vet was not available when we called that morning so they suggested urgent care. They were so kind and sweet with our baby and just kept telling us how good of a girl she was! She is feeling so much better and we are grateful for their assistance in that.

Caring and Compassionate. We knew the "time" was nearing the end for our sweet boy but thought it would be after the first of the New Year. Unfortunately, this week was a major deterioration and he was obviously hurting today and was unable to navigate and we couldn't have that. We took him up there, they listened to us, talked through the options and what-ifs, eased our mind that we were doing the right thing for him regardless of how hard it was. They let us set the pace, spent as much time as we needed before and after. I highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to go there for any future need. I truly appreciate their kindness.

the staff was extremely compassionate, calm, and gentle with my family and i on the hardest day of our lives. they took such good care of my dog in her final hours and did their best to make her comfortable. we felt very in control with our final time with her and they let us go at our own pace. my dog was able to go to sleep peacefully and without pain as i was able to hold her in my arms in a nice room while it happened. a week after her passing, we received a a card in the mail signed with notes from everyone in the clinic, in the mail and it was such a unexpected beautiful moment of condolences. forever grateful to the caring and patient staff in this clinic.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The building is clean and beautiful and the process was so easy. I was able to book an appointment online for my dog for an ulcer on his eye. I'm sure it gets very busy here but I had no wait time and everyone was so kind. The need for pet urgent care is so important. I've been in vetmed for almost 10 years and it's always so hard referring patients to ER for more minor concerns. I will 100% be back and I'll be recommending to everyone!!! ❤️

This was my first visit here and everyone was amazing! From my first call to schedule the appointment to the entire visit everyone was caring and considerate. Kylie, the vets assistant, was the best. My pup is terrified of the vet and Kylie made her feel so comfortable and was with her the whole time. Dr. Handler is from my normal vets office, which was a nice surprise. He is always caring and gave me plenty of updates on care. The cost was expensive but they were transparent the whole time and was willing to work with me if I needed it. This will definitely be my go to place for pet urgent care.

Our dog got out and was missing for a few days, when found the shelter thought he could have sustained trauma by possibly getting it by a car. The vet immediately got us in! They were very personable and listened to all the concerns and questions we had! They made our dog feel comfortable and safe! They continued to take our calls and address any concerns we had! Would highly recommend this clinic! The staff members are very nice and welcoming! They saved our baby and I feel like I could never repay them for everything they have done to save our dog!

We were needing to monitor our dog’s behavior over the weekend as our M-F vet had recommended- we were told if she declined to take her in and this place was suggested. I’m so glad we went! They got us in, checked our girl out thoroughly and were able to quickly diagnose the issue (blockage in stomach requiring surgery!) they recommended us a surgery location (Grady’s) and called to be sure we could get in same night to have the surgery done. They were kind, caring, and transparent (in costs) through the whole situation. They even continued to follow up after checking in on us and our pup! It’s a relief knowing we have a super good pet urgent care we can go to again should we ever need it!

My horse of a baby dog sliced open her foot and our vet was unavailable they were beyond wonderful during a very stressful time. Everyone we worked with really cared about our Sable and wanted to do what was best for her. I could not be more thankful of how well they took care of her and the kindness they all showed.

We had to make a visit to AcutePet after our dog got stung by a bee. While there we ended up having them do some additional blood work, by our choice based on some behavior we'd even working with our regular vet on. They were amazing with our pup, who loved absolutely all of them and they were very helpful, empathetic and caring during our visit that turned into a bit more than originally planned. They did not push us in any services, they asked us on every step how we wanted to proceed as well as giving us exact prices on procedures before continuing. They were incredibly thorough and caring in communication and continue to be if we need to call for questions during off hours. We are forever grateful for this location and it's staff. While we are on a unfortunate path for our pup, we wouldn't have found these answers out without this team. Very grateful to have this place nearby and available during hours that regular vets are not, without the emergency visit price tag. Thanks so much AcuteVet.

I recently had to bring my dog (Duck) to acute pet urgent care after arriving home from work to find that he had a pretty significant laceration to his foot, that definitely needed sutures. With it being a Friday night, and after 5pm, my options for care were limited. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the initial phone call and the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and welcoming. They immediately put Duck and I at ease during a stressful situation and took great care of him. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood all the steps for treatment. Their genuine concern for my pet’s well-being was evident throughout. If you’ve ever tried to load a 130 pound sedated dog into the bed of a truck after surgery, you know this is no easy task. Two of the staff, along with Dr. Beauchamp assisted with making sure duck was loaded into the truck and comfortable, one of the staff even crawled in the back with him! I highly recommend acute pet urgent care for anyone in need of quick, caring, and expert attention for their pet! Thank you for your exceptional service!

Our 12 week old husky was suddenly very lethargic and not eating or drinking. Our primary vet wasn’t able to fit us in quickly and recommended here. Not only did they fit us in the same day, but they got our baby feeling much better very quickly. They explained all the tests they were going to run, educated us on all the medications and care plan, and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Additionally every staff member who helped was so kind and sweet to us and our sick puppy! I would recommend them to anyone, they were simply phenomenal!

The staff here are knowledgeable and compassionate. They are able to provide many of the services of the emergency vets at a fraction of the price. I had to put my cat down and even though it was a horrible experience they did everything to make us comfortable. I will definitely go back if ever needed in the future. We were recommended to AcutePet by another vet office, and it was the best experience I could have asked for. Reception was amazing and super knowledgeable, as well as being kind and empathetic. The doctor was very patient and explained every step of their process, answered all of our questions, and gave us multiple options to try and stay in our tight budget. We will definitely return if we have any other emergency type issues- almost wish that this could be a primary care because the attention and love all of the staff showed for our fur baby was the absolute best! Thank you for all that you do!

I couldn’t reccomend a vet more! They care just as much about the humans as they do the pets & really take their time making sure you understand everything going on & all the take home instructions. They’re so clean, so sweet & quick too! They took us in when no other vet in the area would & I’m so thankful they saved our big kitty!

My cat Boots has been declining and he was ready. I called and from that moment, I felt the caring of the staff. They have only been open a week, but I agree, we are VERY lucky to have them. I second what everyone else said in the other reviews. They were caring and compassionate and made this difficult time so much easier! Boots went peacefully and I am so thankful for AcutePet Urgent Care.

Our sweet Frenchie mix urinated on herself and refuse to eat at 11pm suddenly. We jumped in the car terrified and showed up at acute pet urgent care 30 mins before closing. Not only did they see us right before close, they took great care of our girl and were thorough despite the time of night. I also really appreciated that the vet gave us options on how aggressively to try to treat her fever as elevated white blood cell count. All the staff were great and the facility is very nice and clean. The room we were in had a couch and an ottoman. There were drinks to keep us comfortable. It was as positive an experience as it could have been given how freaked out we were. I hope we never need to come back, but I’m glad this facility is here in case we need it.
