I can’t thank Acute Pet Urgent Care in Beavercreek enough for how compassionate and caring they were with my dog. The staff was gentle, patient, and truly showed they cared during such a hard time. They treated my sick dog with so much love and respect, and even though I unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to put her down, they made sure she was comfortable and that I wasn’t alone through it. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and the comfort they provided.

The doctor and staff were very compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring when I brought my dog in for an emergency. They promptly took him in back to check his vitals, etc. I have been there twice and both times they have given me excellent care and advice, and I highly recommend them as a sorce to bring your sick furr baby. I have nothing but praise for all of them. Thanks again AcutePet!!

This clinic saved one of our cats yesterday. Prior to yesterday I have no prior knowledge first hand knowledge. From first contact everyone was kind, polite, compassionate, and considerate. The care and medical expertise was to notch. They do not do walk-ins but they do triage every patient as they come in. Our bill yesterday to bring him home with all the medications is roughly what it would’ve cost to walk through the door at the other places. They do not replace the hospitals, but they are certainly appropriate for immediate care. We look forward to working with them in the future in providing care to the rescue animals under our care at Gem City DAWG Pound

I had an excellent experience at Acute Pet Urgent Care! The facility is spotless and well-organized, and the staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. Even though they were very busy and several pets came in while I was there, they never rushed and took their time to thoroughly evaluate my dog. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the care she was receiving. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and to top it all off, they even called the next day to check on her, such a thoughtful touch. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.

Compassionate, caring vets and staff diagnosed our dear kitty’s cancer and evaluated the extent of metastatic lesions. They gathered enough data for us to make the decision to euthanize him that day, as he had just taken a turn for the worse after only a few weeks of unexplained illness. The information and talks with the vet gave us confidence that we were making the right decision for our beloved pet. None of the vets or the staff felt rushed, but rather encouraged questions and full discussion of our pet’s condition. The service was kind and less expensive than our usual emergency vet (but more expensive than our usual vet- expected as an urgent care). I was referred by a vet’s office receptionist when I called to see if her workplace could see my pet– they couldn’t, and she had been impressed with this office when her dog needed services the week before. So grateful to have gotten this recommendation. I made an online appointment and was seen as soon as we arrived. The cremation service delivered our kitty’s cremains to the office at no cost, so I get to thank them for their kindness when I go to pick them up.
