They have very friendly and compassionate staff. They were informative and sensitive to our family as we brought in our beloved 8 year old Boxer who was dying. They were not pushy. They let us take our time with her. They explained everything and were very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience. They were very respectful and honored our dog’s life and memory. It was the best end of life experience we could have asked for.

The vet techs and Dr. Quigley were very nice and very professional. They stitched up our dog’s paw within 11/2 hours. They told us the pricing up front, and the final total came in less than the initial quote. The facilities were clean and modern. While I hope to never need them again, it’s comforting to know they are there, and that they provide such excellent care.

Our Dusty’s eyes was half closed when Kathryn woke up, and she called me and said that she had called his doctor who suggested that we take him to AcutePet Urgent Care. They took him right away and started testing him and kept us updated with each test and how brave he is, which eased our anxiety. Dusty was diagnosed with an eye infection, and was given medication with instructions. The next day the nurse called to see how Dusty was doing and we are thankful for their care.

They took great care of our girl pug who ate a pile of grapes. Pugs are prone to aspiration when vomiting so we needed them to monitor while inducing. She did great and they were very kind. Thank you from Winnie and her family!
