I was in a very difficult position last week. My beloved cat of 15 years had gotten to the point that I needed to end his suffering. The last vet I had used was unable to help, but recommended AcutePet in Beavercreek. It ended up being one of the best recommendations I have ever had. The staff was so friendly & compassionate. I was having a very difficult time & their kindness & understanding really helped me get through it. I even received a nice card about a week later that seemed to be signed by the entire staff. First time going. Dr. Ken was amazing! straightforward explanations, showed our cat a lot of attention and broke the sad news to us in a gentle, but non-sugarcoated way. Front staff were also kind and compassionate. I can imagine it must be very difficult to do this work, but it is very much appreciated!!!!

We brought our pup here back in August after countless vet visits and no one listening. They listened and while they couldn’t give us the answer we needed because we needed to see neuro they pointed us in the right direction that no one else did for five months. They cared, listened and took such good care of our boy. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our boy the following month. We decided to do so with Acute. They remembered us from just a few weeks prior and were so kind and compassionate in our darkest moments. I always recommend them to anyone in an emergency situation. Thank you for caring and listening when we were hopeless.

My experience at acute pet urgent Care was absolutely amazing. They loved Ziggy!!!!! Everyone was so nice and informative!!!! They got us in and addresses the problem. Answered every question I had. They even reached out the next day to see how Ziggy doing. I couldn’t be more happier than how we was treated at AcutePet Urgent Care. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see them if they have any pet needs. The staff was absolutely amazing!! Ziggy and I thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!! Ziggy is doing better we are on the mend and it’s because of you guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came in as a walk-in with my older golden who had got in a scuffle with my younger golden and they stated they don’t take walk ins anymore but had an available appointment within the hour thankfully! It was 2 days prior to Christmas so I knew they were busy so I didn’t mind the wait. I was comfortable enough (due to the extremely friendly staff) to leave him for a few hours for them to clean and stitch him up. Doc Ken even called to give updates after they sedated him, just to let me know the extent of what was under his hair before they proceeded! So thankful for ya’ll! Moose is healing nicely and I know he was appreciative of everything, except the cone! 😉

I was looking for a place to take my pup for an evening appointment and was able to easily schedule online for about an hour out. Everyone we interacted with from start to finish was wonderful and kind and put me at ease when dealing with an otherwise stressful situation. I hope I don’t need to come back, but if I do have another incident with a pet that requires same day care I would certainly take them here.
