We were referred to AcutePet by our Vet if afterhours help was needed for our 16.5 year old lab. Dr. Brunson and the staff were waiting for us and provided exceptional care, answered all our questions, listened, and provided calm reassurance at a difficult time. Our Dusty’s eyes was half closed when Kathryn woke up, and she called me and said that she had called his doctor who suggested that we take him to AcutePet Urgent Care. They took him right away and started testing him and kept us updated with each test and how brave he is, which eased our anxiety. Dusty was diagnosed with an eye infection, and was given medication with instructions. The next day the nurse called to see how Dusty was doing and we are thankful for their care.

They took great care of our girl pug who ate a pile of grapes. Pugs are prone to aspiration when vomiting so we needed them to monitor while inducing. She did great and they were very kind. Thank you from Winnie and her family!

Had my first visit to AcutePet Urgent Care on Saturday since my usual veterinarian’s office is closed on the weekends. The staff at AcutePet were so friendly and I could tell they really cared about my dog’s well being. I also like the detailed report and information that was emailed to me after the visit. I am very glad to know I now have AcutePet as an option if my dog ever has another health issue that needs immediate attention.

One Star Removed for Cost (See Below). Staff was very nice, and there was no wait. A lot less chaotic than Med Vet. My dog Joey ate a toy and needed vomiting induced. He was seen immediately. Cost wise, just as expensive as Medvet. You’d think a dog urgent care would be less pricey than an emergency hospital. At best, very minimal price difference. Something to keep in mind.

Very professional and compassionate care. The office was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. The wait time was not excessive especially being that it was an urgent care. Would definitely recommend them.
