The staff was very welcoming and even though being a walking patient they was able to at least do a vital exam of my dog. Just so happened they decided to keep us there and do a full examination of my dog. Only took 2hrs for blood work, xrays and gave my dog fluids for being dehydrated! Thank you all for yiur help my dog Bella is back to her normal self!

The staff at Acute Care were so very kind and supportive. I lost one of my best friend unexpectedly. I couldn’t have taken her to a better place. They explained what they thought happened to her .Helped comfort us knowing that we did all we could and this was ok to let her go.

Every person I interacted with here seemed genuinely friendly and concerned about me and my foster cat. The pricing was, in my opinion, relatively fair considering the costs I have seen at emergency care vets by comparison. My kitty is still not improving, but I was told to give them a call if I had questions or concerns. I will absolutely use their services again. (Also, the snacks and drinks in the lobby is a huge thoughtful touch. I hadnt been eating or drinking much thanks to the stress of my sick kitten and trying desperately to nurse her back to health, so having access to those was really nice.)

This is where you want to take your pet. You’ll probably be there a while, but that’s because they pay the necessary attention to every pet who comes in. My cat Lydia was having respiratory problems. Dr. Handler examined her very thoroughly and prescribed the needed meds, along with detailed instructions for how to administer them and how to proceed with her long-term care. Yes, it entailed a fair chunk of money, but Kate hooked me up with a six-month interest-free payment plan. The staff in general is friendly and competent and display genuine compassion for both the pets and their “parents.”

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My ~16 year old cat had a sudden health decline. After discussing the options and possible prognosis we decided euthanasia was the best option. Being a single cat dad, these folks helped me make an although tough decision, the right one. They are professional, kind and compassionate and I appreciate them all. Rest in peace Fluff.
