Everyone there was so incredibly nice and helpful. They even did the extra lab work so when we got to the hospital it would be a smoother process. They even gave us recommendations on which hospital would be the least expensive but still quality. I would absolutely take any of my animals here again.

I was referred by my primary vet. My dog needed urgent care for an eye problem. I was able to get a same-day appointment and given information on the fees before we arrived. The vets were very caring concerned and treated my pet well and gave me all the information I needed. Hope we don’t need urgent care again, but if we do, I know where to go and I would highly recommend them.

Having to put down a beloved pet is never easy, but these ladies made the experience bearable. It felt very calm and serene in the room, that I believe was specifically for these difficult situations. It did not feel like a vet office which made us feel comfortable. Everyone we encountered were very nice and understanding to us, when we were at our saddest. They explained to us what exactly would and could happen during the process. They gave us as much time in the room alone with our girl as we needed to say our goodbyes both before and after she passed. I really liked that they had a door bell to push to let them know we were ready for the doctor to return. I will definitely recommend this urgent care vet office to anyone! Thank you for taking care of our Sadie girl even though you’d never met us before!
