I had an excellent experience at acute pet urgent care. There was minimal waiting time for my appointment. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called on a Saturday. The vet techs were very helpful and gentle with my kitty and the doc gave me a superior explanation of what was going on with her. I take my kitty back there anytime.

Unfortunately, I had to take my granddaughter and her cat here for end of life care. This facility was phenomenal. I can’t praise them enough. My granddaughter was able to hold her cat the entire time and it went very smooth. Everyone was very compassionate and sensitive to the situation. Dr. Drop was amazing! Thank you for such wonderful care!

Each member of the staff here is welcoming and compassionate. The medical team was knowledgeable and helpful. They even spent time on the phone with me the next day and the day after that answering my questions and giving me suggestions on how to continue care. I will definitely come here again for my cat’s emergencies. Thank you for the time you spent with us and the kindness shown.
