The staff was very sweet and kind when I found out I had to put my cat Bruce down. The doctor explained everything gently before it happened, and allowed us to spend as much time as we needed to be with our fur baby. Highly satisfied with the professionalism and empathy they expressed!!!!

We went here yesterday since my dog has been coughing a whole lot. I called before hand and told them my dog is leash reactive and immediately understood. Once I got there they had a door that led right into a room without having to walk by anyone or anything this was such a big plus for us because again, sage is a big crazy dog and he’s leash reactive. They were so sweet they listened to everything we had to say and were extremely professional! The only con was the wait time. I had booked an appointment at 7 I don’t know why but I thought since I booked an appointment at 7 we would be seen at 7 but we were not seen till around 7:30 that’s when we got a room then around 8pm we were finally spoken too. They did say they where catching up and we did see the lobby full and understood that they may just be under staffed probably on that day so we didn’t take it personally but it was a bit of a bummer since we both had just got off of work tired and was expecting to get back home a bit sooner but again we understood! Other than that I recommend coming here! super clean, professional, caring people and facility!
