Unfortunately our experience and our first time at AcutePet was not the happiest, for we had to put down our cat JB. He was severely injured. However, the Doctors, the team, the staff, everyone there was amazing. They all felt putting our little kitty down, nothing was taken for granted or like it was just an every day thing. Their emotions were sincere. I thank you each and everyone. Amazing Team !!! RIP JB 😔 we miss you 💔

Took my boy Marley there today at the recommendation of my cat vet who couldn’t see him today. I called ahead and they were able to take him same day, which was a relief. I’d definitely go back! Since living in this area for the past 20 years this is the third time I needed an urgent care for a pet and AcutePet was the best experience by far. Every person I talked to was so nice and I liked how they told me the costs involved in each step of the process. Totally recommend this for other cat owners but they do take dogs, too!

Once again, an incredible experience! The staff here is so kind and knowledgeable! The building is spotless! Our poor girl kitty was suddenly showing blood when trying to urinate. Scared us! They got us roght in and helped her. While helping her, they helped us. Even more with their knowledge and suggestions to help both of our kitties with stress. Thank you all so much for your love and kindness ❤️

Extremely Friendly from my phone call asking to come in for an emergency to the time I left the office. Unfortunately the visit was needed to put our a beloved family member to sleep. The staff came outside to our vehicle to assist and transported our large dog inside. They were very caring and comforted our dog while talking to her all the way inside. They were very passionate and never made us feel rushed. They made a very sad and emotional event a little easier. I have never been to a veterinarian office that was as helpful, friendly, and compassionate as they were! I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for everything, Family of KiKi

Brought our puppy in for what turned out to be pneumonia. The staff was amazing and kind. The vet communicated well and discussed options with me, while listening to my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

I am incredibly grateful to the friendly and caring staff at AcutePet Urgent Care. The team did everything they could to make both me and my cat Buzz comfortable all the way to the end. I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize and that experience would’ve been much harder without the genuine care and consideration provided to me and my cat. I hope my friends and family never have reason to seek urgent care for their pets but if they do I’m sending them here. Thank you to the team at AcutePet Urgent Care.
