Extremely kind staff. Affordable. They even helped with the bill. Come to find out my dog, had Parvo and then passed that very same night. They called the next day and even checked on how she was doing.

Incredibly grateful for AcutePet Urgent Care. We brought our two cats in both showing signs of URI. One of our cats was having moments of respiratory distress. We had previously been at an emergency vet clinic (all other vets including our regular were closed) where we had spent a total of 5 hours waiting to be checked in and then waiting for a vet to see us only to be told to go somewhere else. AcuteVet Care staff were kind, empathetic, and professional. They were so attentive to our boys (who are both not even 2 years old), bringing them water and helping them feel safe. The vet tech and vet were knowledgeable and upfront about their concerns, plan of care, and the prices for care. The next day, the staff called me to check in on our cats, which truly made me feel even more grateful for AcutePet Care. It’s been two days and our boys are both on the mend. Thank you SO much to all the staff at AcuteVet Urgent Care!

We were so impressed with the prompt, professional care we received here! We were able to schedule an appointment to be seen and had very little wait. Our vet was careful to make sure she took the necessary steps to diagnose correctly. She did not pressure us into any treatments, but shared the options, as well as the potential consequences of each course of treatment. When we returned to our regular vet for follow-up the next day, the next steps were exactly as Acute had outlined. We truly feel the actions taken and advice we were given contributed to saving our pet’s life and turning him around at a critical point!

I never leave reviews but felt the need to for AcutePet in Bellevue, KY. While the reason for the review is sad, the staff at AcutePet is incredible. Our dog took a turn for the worse and we had to move up our timeline for end of life care. The staff was very compassionate and kind. Our dog wound up passing of her own accord in the back room of the urgent care and they made sure that we were there to comfort her and say good bye. They gave us plenty of time and space. Thanks for caring for your clients and patients!
