It’s never a good day when you have to send a pet over the rainbow bridge. This veterinary service was so amazing to us and our family. I lost my best friend and 11 year old baby. Not only did they treat us with respect and give us a private room to spend some time with him. They took excellent care of him. When we got there, they immediately took him in to the back and gave him an IV medication to help him settle down and breathe better. You could tell that they were gonna do whatever was necessary for the pet. This was our third visit to Acutepet. I highly recommend them for your pet to take good care of them. Thank you so much for taking good care of our family and our good boy Cooper.

I cannot recommend Dr. Zilli and her team enough. She cared for our Arby both times we brought him in, and every time, her compassion and professionalism were remarkable. From the moment we walked in, we could feel that she truly loves what she does and cares deeply for every animal and their family. Sadly, we faced the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to Arby. Dr. Zilli handled this incredibly difficult moment with so much empathy, honesty, and kindness. You could see that delivering that news wasn’t easy for her either she truly cares. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us space when we needed it, and supported us through every step of the process. And never rushed us. They were so close to closing and still didn’t push us into doing it sooner. The entire staff was amazing as well. From start to finish, they treated us with compassion and understanding, making one of the hardest days of our lives a little easier to bear. We will always be grateful for the love and care they showed Arby and our family during such a difficult time.

I hadn’t heard of a real urgent care facility for pets in the past: some place that was not a primary care doctor, but was also not an emergency facility. It’s about time somebody came up with this concept! And the owners of this Care Center have really set the standard. They spent a huge amount of time with our dog, making sure that he was okay, treating him, and giving him lots of Love. They really had a team plan: from administrator to doctor, everything was really well organized. The place was clean and contemporary. For dogs with old paw pads, I was impressed with the floor, it wasn’t a slick floor that you see often, that an old dog would slip all over the place on. So impressed overall. Great job guys!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and empathy from all staff. The Vet included me in my pet’s plan of care, presented me with the information needed to make an informed decision without overwhelming me, and took the time to discuss emotional and psychosocial elements. In my rush to get my pet to the pet hospital for emergency surgery, I forgot multiple valuable items. Not only did the staff retrieve and bag my belongings, but they put a little “love note” on the tote. They addressed the “big” and “little” things…it meant the world to me and still does. I hope to not have to take another pet to urgent care, but, if I must, I know my pet and I will be in the BEST hands.

Extremely grateful this resource was right down the street when my pup decided raisins were a tasty treat. They acted quickly to treat her and then took care of getting estimates for a 24-hr hospital (she needed monitoring) so we could make the best decision for her. They were up front about our options and talked through them with us. She’s doing great now and I’m so thankful for Acutepet and how well they took care of her and us!

We couldn’t imagine a better animal urgent care!! They’ve seen both of our dogs and go above and beyond to make sure they get the care they need.
