Highly recommend! All the assistants and doctor were excellent in handling the rescue cat I brought in for a leg wound. They handled him with compassion and enough firmness to hold him steady to examine him but not panic him. An ABX shot and tencouraging advice has helped me get him healed and care for him the best we can. I feel confident with their care to take my dogs if needed for sure.

Can’t thank them enough! Pup was bit by a snake and we experienced our first emergency visit. I was so worried because I have heard horror stories about the costs of different ER’s. They made me aware of the upfront costs and were very respectful of my budget. (Even though I would have traded my husband if needed😂) They didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed. Pup received exceptional care and is doing great! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!

My first experience with Acute Pet and what an amazing experience! It was very easy too get an online same day appointment as well as know they handle walk ins. Pets do dumb things on weekends that may not necessarily be a Care Center level of emergency but also shouldn’t wait until the regular vet might have an opening. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. 100% recommend!

I’m so grateful for everyone working at AcutePet. We rushed there late with our cat, who is not a people person, and they carefully and patiently did everything that was needed. I highly recommend them and would certainly go back.

We went here yesterday since my dog has been coughing a whole lot. I called before hand and told them my dog is leash reactive and immediately understood. Once I got there they had a door that led right into a room without having to walk by anyone or anything this was such a big plus for us because again, sage is a big crazy dog and he’s leash reactive. They were so sweet they listened to everything we had to say and were extremely professional! The only con was the wait time. I had booked an appointment at 7 I don’t know why but I thought since I booked an appointment at 7 we would be seen at 7 but we were not seen till around 7:30 that’s when we got a room then around 8pm we were finally spoken too. They did say they where catching up and we did see the lobby full and understood that they may just be under staffed probably on that day so we didn’t take it personally but it was a bit of a bummer since we both had just got off of work tired and was expecting to get back home a bit sooner but again we understood! Other than that I recommend coming here! super clean, professional, caring people and facility!
