this is by far the best vet, they have treated our pup with care, the stitches and drains were always clean, pictures were showed, to explain everything to us, and our sweet girl was healed up so well, medication were explained very well, we had to put one of our other babies down, and they handled with care and love, and were understanding every step of the way. i’m very grateful for them!

(Summerville, SC Location) Brought my kitty here when my regular Vet was closed. Dr. Torres was wonderful! He took the time to talk with me, explaining more about the conditions my cat was previously diagnosed with.. many things I wasn’t aware of. Very knowledgeable and an, obviously, very caring veterinarian. They go over everything that they feel is best for your pet, the pricing of each thing, and it’s up to you to decide, taking into consideration your pet’s overall health and age. As far as cost.. it’ll be more than your regular vet but not crazy high like an emergency clinic.

My recent experience here was also my first. I had a young cat who suddenly became ill. When I reached out they were able to get me in the same evening. Everyone we encountered, from the woman working at the front desk to the vet and techs, were extremely kind, informative, patient and compassionate. Unfortunately my cat Dax is no longer with us, and that night I was a wreck, but everyone was so understanding and sympathetic. Losing a pet is awful, but the staff made the situation so much more bearable. The vet explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel pressured or unheard; just excellent care that prioritized Dax and ensured she wouldn’t suffer. I recently received a card from the staff and I just wanted to express my thanks. It has been rough, but I am so grateful for the kindness and compassion we were shown during a very difficult time. I cannot recommend their services enough. If I were ever in a similar situation again, they would be my first call.

Very friendly staff. They were very professional and took time to answer my 500 questions, see my cry, and took good care of my furbaby. The office was very clean, smelled nice.

This was the first time we brought our dog here and we were very satisfied with the care we received. We were greeted when we walked in and were given a room right away and offered a selection of beverages while we waited for the Doc. Place is very clean and bright. Nurses and doctor took great care of our scared and sick dog. Although the results were not what we wanted to hear, the team was very supportive and caring. They assisted with calling the pet hospital to let them know we were coming there and offered any further assistance we might need. The compassion shown will not be forgotten. Our precious canine friend is no longer with us, but the support and kindness she was given on her last day meant the world to us. Huge thank you to the entire team!
