My dog, Magic, decided to get sick over the holiday weekend of course while I was off. I’m a vet tech but of course my clinic was closed. Magic is 10 years old now so I don’t waste anytime. Everyone at AcutePet was awesome! I’ve been to other emergency clinics and they don’t compete. From the receptionist to the tech (Magic loved her) to the doctor. He’s already resting and feeling better. I wish I knew all of your names to thank you but I really appreciate you getting me in and taking care of my boy when I wasn’t able to. You’re the best!

I brought my two-year old lab in due to an injury. At every station I found a helpful and caring person. They spent time with my dog and made sure she was comfortable before engaging in examination. The examination was thorough, but not driven by driving costs up: just focused on proper care. Thank you to the staff for taking the anxiety out of this visit.

The staff at Acute Pet was so kind, understanding and compassionate. They were able to get me in for an appointment within 15 minutes of my phone call & did all testing/labs immediately upon arrival. I can’t say enough kind words about the staff.

The staff at AcutePet went above and beyond to take care and try to save my fur baby! My pet unfortunately did not make it due to complications, but everyone at the facility made the process from beginning to end so much easier and took a lot of weight and grief off my shoulders. I brought my cat, Basil, to AcutePet for an urgent visit and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The team was incredibly thorough — every step was clearly explained, nothing was rushed, and I left feeling confident that the treatment plan was exactly what she needed. It’s not the cheapest clinic in town, but the level of detail, the quality of care, and the professionalism made it absolutely worth it. They took Basil’s symptoms seriously, didn’t brush off anything, and made sure I understood what was happening and why. I walked out feeling reassured, heard, and supported — and Basil is already improving. I’m really grateful for the care we received and wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we ever need urgent help again.
