★★★★★ We have had such a wonderful experience with this veterinary hospital. Last year, we brought our dog, Pasha, here for an emergency visit due to severe diarrhea, and they provided him with excellent treatment. Within just a few days, Pasa was back to his healthy and happy self. This year, we came back because Pasa had a corneal scratch/injury, and once again, the entire team was incredibly caring and attentive. They prescribed the appropriate medication and gave us clear instructions, and thankfully, his treatment is going very well. We are so grateful to have a veterinary team we can rely on during difficult and stressful times. They have always taken such great care of Pasa and have been there for us when we needed them most. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Unfortunately, I had to rush my dog to AcutePet Urgent Care because he was and elderly, infirmed dog declining quickly and my vet’s office was closed on that day. The AcutePet Urgent care staff was very kind and the cost was extremely reasonable. Because my dog was euthanized immediately upon arrival, I didn’t have a lot of experience with the quality of care, but what I did experience was caring and provided relief in a very bad and sad situation.

My pup was very sick and old. They got me in quickly and they were very compassionate and treated us like a part of their family. They never rushed us and let us spend as much time as we wanted with our old girl before having to put her down. They treated and handled her like she was their dog! Not to mention very reasonable not like med vet who nickles and dimes you in what is already a horrible situation! Thank you acute pet for everything you did for my pup and family without breaking the bank!!

We came in on an emergency basis last weekend. As is most cases on weekends. My dear cat Hades of ten years all of a sudden wasn’t his best overnight. We promptly sought help and with past emergency vet experiences being sour I was prepared for the worst experience already. – Except from the moment we came in we were treated with care and respect. Clarity was provided for his care, as well as options. In the end we were faced with the hardest decision every pet owner inevitably faces. From every moment after that, the team gave us grace, all the space, and time with our boy. The process in which they handled the situation was with utter most professionalism but with heart. Even during our loss they made the process bearable gently guiding us before and after, even wishing us a safe travel home given with true care. We left with an empty crate and broken heart. But .. I never expected what happened next to ever be- our family received the most beautiful sympathy card (ironically on my husbands bday, which was truly needed) with our sweet papaw Hades paw prints and even his nose / face impression, paired with lots of amazing handwritten notes of loss and love. Something about this moment healed a piece of our grieving that was missing. They went above and beyond. The 3rd party we were referred to for his cremation- Faithful Companions was just as sympathetic, respectful and gracious with honoring our boy. Thank you AcutePet team for everything that day. You truly can tell pets and their people come first here. And if we need them in the future for anything I know they can be relied on. We were very happy we were seen so quickly when our cat was sick and our regular vet was out of town. The desk staff was very friendly and concerned, the facility was very clean and nice. Technicians and doctors were very kind and thorough. Everyone listened, we felt heard and they did not rush anything.

We are so grateful to Dr. Midkiff and the entire team at AcutePet Urgent Care for the exceptional care they provided to our dog. Everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond during a very difficult time. We truly felt supported every step of the way and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care.
