I wish I could do more than just write a review. The team at AcutePet Urgent Care are incredible. My wife and I had to make a hard decision to put down our 14 year old elderly dog over the weekend. Neither of us have ever had to do this before and it broke us; however, the staff from check-in to Pam the actual veterinarian who talked with us were wonderful. They were all a bright light in a rather dark day. They did not rush, allowed us all the time we needed/wanted to spend with our precious puppy, and answered all our questions with a kindness and compassion I really needed at that moment.

My daughter and I brought our 10 week old Dachshund in at 8:45 on a Saturday night for coughing and vomiting. They took us right in. The staff was friendly and caring. Thank you so much! She’s doing much better now.

Very friendly staff who was very thorough treating and explaining the next steps for the care of my 15 year old dogs ulcerated eye. He left there a new dog because they managed his pain. His eye is looking much better and he is acting better. They sent hjm home with meds to manage infection, promote healing, and keep him out of pain. Next step is to get him to his regular vet this week.

We recently used Acute to put our cat down, as our vet was unable to fit us in when his health was failing. Not only was the staff kind and accommodating with us, as we were losing our sweet boy, but they also spoke kindly to our baby. Afterwards they mailed a card to our house expressing condolences and even remembered the nickname we called our cat during the process and included it in the card. The staff made an unbearable heartbreak a calm and smooth experience for our sweet Beanie Baby.

My daughter trapped and brought in a kitten she had been feeding for a month.. I took him from her and brought to Acute pet for sneezing and his eyes were watery. Everyone was so nice and caring even when I hadn’t come up with a name yet. I had to bring him back a day later bc my daughter swore to me Ollie was sneezing up blood. The Acute Pet vet said his sneezing was clear but gave him liquids and he is doing so much better. I highly recommend Acute Vet for emergencies. If any of my other animals get sick and I can’t get into my regular vet I now know where to go. Again thank you all so much for caring for Ollie.

I brought my dog Spuds before closing, I was very worried about him, the ladies all took very good care of him, never making me feel bad about bringing him in near closing. I felt like he got the best care. As an RN I’m well aware of what the best care looks like and they surely exceeded my expectation. Thank you All so very much. Spuds is keeping warm and doing great. 😊
