Our small senior Yorkie had an emergency in the evening on a Sunday and all the staff were amazing, during a very emotional and stressful time. She was treated immediately, the pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for an emergency vet visit, and the staff were so accommodating and understanding. Hopefully we don’t have to ever return, but if we do, this will definitely be the office we revisit!

Thankful to have this pet urgent care in our community. Our sweet pup had surgery with their regular vet last Friday and we couldn’t get him comfortable (regular vet was closed for weekend). After a quick phone call to Acute Pet Care, I knew we would be in good hands. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They called to check on Murphy after our visit and when I expressed that I was still concerned, they immediately formed a plan for him to be seen again quickly. They listened to our concerns and gave us the best treatment options. The prices are very affordable and the facility is spotless. Highly recommend!

I brought my girl in last week to be checked out for some concerns with her breathing. I was given heartbreaking news, that I was not prepared for. The doctors and staff were compassionate, and provided the best care to my baby, and to prepare us for the next steps my husband and I had to make… During this difficult time, and the decisions made, the doctors and staff were beyond caring. I highly recommend taking your pet here if you have any concerns, or emergencies.

My chocolate lab Remington had eaten persimmons and was stung repeatedly by what we think were hornets. Dr. Brooks and her staff were compassionate and diligent with their care. They treated Remington and gave me excellent follow up education for future events and how to administer medication. Five stars.

Our cat had a fever and was very lethargic. Made an appointment for the next day (Sunday) via their website. The staff was friendly and efficient. We waited quite a while for bloodwork, but that is expected. The vet could not explain the fever, but sent us home with antibiotics and now our kitty is well again. It is great that there is a place to go that is not one of the big two emergency places in town. This one is approachable and reasonably priced. The urgent care exam is $140, then whatever else needed is added on.
