The entire staff is very efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The veterinarian who examined my kitty was exceptionally thorough. It was easy to get an appointment with no waiting when I arrived. In an emergency, I will definitely choose ACutePet!

My precious pup Honey came down suddenly with a UTI. Acutepet quickly set up an appointment within the hour. We were seen immediately and treated with compassion and respect. I’m happy to say my Honey is all better. So glad they were there for us in our emergency.

We took our puppy in for swallowing part of a landscape lightbulb, they were quick to get him into a room and x-Rays done. Dr was very thorough and pleasant to talk with. Staff was great!

Profession and friendly staff. Dr. Hanson was patient with our many questions and concise with is recommendations. The facility is clean and doesn’t smell like a vet clinic.

Dr Kloepfer (sp?) is a lovely doctor! Took my pup in most recently for licking his skin raw and she got him squared away and in a cost effective manner. Saw Dr Midkiff for back problems and behavioral type issues and she was able to provide me with good information on how to move forward and some medications to help him rest and feel better. I also saw here for a routine check in both cats just to be sure they were handling my move well. She found a UTI I was unaware of and got one of my cats all fixed up. Dr Hanson saw my dog for limping and also a broken incisor. He gave me a lot of great information on how to handle this while waiting to get his teeth taken care of and was happy to meet me where I was on budget constraints. He also was happy to recheck my dog a week later to make sure he was improving. Acute pet is awesome and their team there is compassionate and understanding. I felt that most of it was cost effective and much better than the other places surrounding, in care and price. It felt a lot more personal and not a fee to take my dog to the back. They were transparent about costs from the jump and didn’t pressure me into things I couldn’t afford. I did question some of the plan and what I didn’t understand, they were happy to sit and explain why it was important to do the testing they’re suggesting. The whole staff there is really incredible. I’m clearly a frequent flyer but it’s because my pets feel comfortable with the people that work there. Also their front staff is really really nice and accommodating. The place is clean and the people are nice. I’d give more stars if I could. I always intend to write a review every time I go and always forget! Wanted to get everyone in one!!

I couldnt recommend AcutePet more. They were incredibly informed about my pet’s eye issue and gave us an easy understanding of what’s wrong. They also have us an emergency referral to a specialist that got us in the next day and followed up to see how my pet was doing. They truly put the time and care into my pet and I couldnt appreciate them more. We saw Dr. Hanson and the night staff who were nothing less than amazing.

They went above and beyond to help our dog when she came in. The vet stayed way past their closing time to help and has been super nice, explaining everything. Staff has been great too.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They explained costs, necessity, and treatment thoroughly. They were very kind to my dog who was very sick. Phoebe and her family are very appreciative!

They put my fur baby at ease.she felt safe made me feel better .
