Dr. Midkiff at AcutePet Urgent Care was amazing. We arrived on 10/26 without an appointment with our emergent situation with our 8 mth Aussie Doodle who had not ripped out his stitches from a Neuter(cryptorchidectomy) at Banfield leaving a 1/4″ gapping hole. She and her team took us immediately performing a complex surgery removing layers of infected tissue which took several hours. She and the team were amazing updating me several times through the procedure as I stayed in the lobby. 11/5 our boy has healed beautifully and is as happy as ever. She is an amazing Vet and all of the personnel at this location were so caring and professional. I wish they were available for normal vet services because I would switch in a heart beat. Thank you for caring for our fur baby!!!!

Highly recommend!!!!! Muffin and I had the pleasure of visiting AcutePet Urgent Care in West Chester three times. They are a top-notch company. The staff and treatment at AcutePet were unlike any other vet we have experienced. The professionalism, the sincerity, the support. We had to take our old cat Panther in for a quality of life decision after his health would not improve. I cannot even begin to describe the level of compassion that was shown from nurses, doctors, and the front desk when we showed up 15 minutes before they closed. Before we even arrived we were checked in, we were never rushed, and we were able to peacefully say goodbye to our sweet Panther. Everyone there was so nice, not only to us but they were very sweet to Panther the entire time. Days later, we recieve a letter. A letter from 9 different team members expressing their condolences and saying how Panther was loved. To the wonderful front desk, nurses, doctors and staff at AcutePet. Thank you. I hope you know your kindness truly makes an impact on the families who visit your center.

We came in with a sick doggy. They took such good care of him and us as a family. We did have to say good bye to Zazou that day however AcutePet was so good at transitioning us. I am thankful for their gentle and caring manner. They made us all as comfortable as we could be and let us know we are not alone. Our Zazou could not have been in better hands and we are so grateful for that.

We were there at a difficult time, and everyone was so caring, compassionate and professional. They met are needs with a reasonable price. It is so hard to see your fur baby suffer, but they made it bearable.
