They did a great job, soon as I hit the door, they took care of me… Took my cat back, before I got a room… I would recommend them to anyone I know, and Miss Kyra was so sweet and attentive, answering all my questions.. took her time with me.. We really liked that we could schedule online even though it’s emergency or urgent care. The receptionist was very kind and our nurse and vet listened, explained everything and did what they could with kindness. Test results came back fast, too. They treated our dog like a little king and even though he is a bit shy they seemed to put him at ease. We would trust them again.

We were able to schedule an appointment very close to when we became aware that our dog had an issue! Everyone, from the front desk, to the vet tech, to DVM Torres was outstanding. What a blessing to have such convenient care when issues arise. I highly recommend!

Acupet staff was helpful, understanding, and empathetic when I arrived with my very sick dog of 12 years. One of the staff even went out to the parking lot when she saw that I was struggling to get my poor sick girl out of my truck. Thank you all who helped me last week. It was a very sad day but you all were angels ❤️😔

My husband and I had to take our dog, Toby, here this past weekend, and I cannot say enough good things about the team. We ended up having to make the incredibly difficult decision to put him to sleep, and the entire staff was so kind and compassionate during such a heartbreaking time. If you’re looking for an urgent care vet that genuinely cares and won’t break the bank, I highly recommend them.
