My fur baby was bit by a snake. From calling to see if I can bring her in (we live an hour away) to the treatment of my fur baby it was a wonderful experience. The staff and Dr Torres were patient, explained everything in detail and gave me different options. It was refreshing to get that amount of communication. Made me feel good about choosing to come here. I would definitely recommend and go there again if needed. Too bad they do not do all Vetenarian things. I would drive an hour for wellness check and shots and such. Amazing team. Thank you 😊

Everyone was so wonderful here and very caring. We sadly had to put our cat Klaus down and they were there by mine and my husband side the whole time. They even sent a card out to us with hand written notes expressing their feelings about the passing of our baby. I can’t express how much that means to me and my husband. Everyone was absolutely lovely! Brought my senior chihuahua for an eye infection he was deeply uncomfortable and they were so attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We were seen promptly and left with an effective treatment plan. They discussed treatment and costs ahead of time so there were no surprises. I brought my guy back for a recheck today and while he was nervous- he was tippy tapping around feeling much better! Please enjoy a photo of a nonbothered pup in a cone 😊
