Everyone at the Bellevue office is beyond kind and caring. I was there with 2 different dogs and, while the end result with both was not ideal, the authentic caring and kindness shown to us was amazing. I have, and will continue to support and refer AcutePet to everyone I know.

Cost me 205$ for a toe nail but I thought it was my dogs leg so it was well worth the money. Also on a Sunday and it was quick and easy. Just make sure to call first. They are fast if you have appointment.

Dr Yates and his staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our treatment. They made all the right steps and guided us through one of the most challenging times in our lives as a family with a pet.

This is the second time AcutePet has saved us on a weekend/evening! This time, my cat (Tali) developed some concerning UTI looking symptoms late on Saturday. I was able to get her in as soon as the office opened on Sunday, where despite being busy, they kept us in the loop and ran all diagnostics quickly and safely. Our tech and doctor were both fantastic and very patient with Tali and I as the tests were ran and I explained her symptoms. They sent us home with all her needed prescriptions, food recommendations, and discharge instructions. They even emailed me and her primary vet the images from her x-rays and their findings! Before this I had been there one other time. I saw a cat that had been hit by a car on the side of the road. Once i noticed he was still alive, i rushed him to AcutePet where a tech RAN to my car to grab him. By the time I parked and ran into the hospital, he had already been intubated and the doctor was coming in to explain his options. Unfortunately, the little guy didnt make it. However, i have never experienced such kindness and genuine empathy towards a stray like the way they showed. They helped him pass with dignity and even sent a condolences card to my house afterwards. It was heartbreakingly beautiful. I appreciate everything you guys do! Thanks for being here for us 🥰🫶

This place is awesome 💯. The staff was so sympathetic and sweet. 7 days later we get an envelope in the mail with nose prints and more paw prints and a card with 7 different sayings, 4 of which were from people we hadn’t even seen. I “HIGHLY” recommend AcutePet Urgent Care and Faithful Companion for doing such a wonderful job with our baby. And affordable

My cat was vomiting blood, lethargic, and stopped eating, AcutePet was able to get us in as soon as possible that same evening. The vet techs and vet were all amazing, informative, and patient with Ty. We were able to get him the treatments needed and got the results quick to determine what was going on. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything life threatening. They called to check on him the next day too, which I thought was a nice touch. He’s starting to eat again thanks to the meds he was prescribed. For all the tests they ran, fluids they gave, (and the meds we brought home) the price wasn’t outrageous and I felt was fair compared to other places we might’ve gone, I was fully prepared to pay more but was pleasantly surprised. They were very transparent with us and gave us a run down of everything we would be paying for. We also got emailed the files of the test results, consultation, meds, what they diagnosed him with, etc. I was grateful to have a copy for his records and peace of mind. Will definitely bring him back if we have any urgent needs (hopefully not 🤞) and our primary vet is closed. Thanks again to the team at AcutePet Urgent Care!
