They were so kind and really listened to the fact that I wanted to do my best to help this kitten, but couldn’t spend my life savings. Our cat Jace spent the weekend here on fluids after his regular vet saw enlarged kidneys and a mass in his intestines on x-ray and ultrasound along with elevated kidney levels. Our hopes were to get the levels down to a less concerning level before possibly seeing an oncologist beginning of the week. Unfortunately, the vet at the ER vet on Monday suspected the mass was cancer that had already spread to kidneys and possibly other parts of his body. We took him home to be comfortable til home euthanasia. He charmed everyone here and they took such good care of him. Brittany even texted me on Monday to check on him and was very sorry to hear the prognosis. Thank you so much for this and being so caring in what was one of the most stressful weeks we’ve ever had.

This place will be my new go to for my pets! My cat was told she had to have emergency surgery for a foreign body and the vet I usually go to recommended acute pet urgent care. The surgery isn’t cheap, but they were half the price then any other place around town that I called. They also wanted to be 100% sure she absolutely needed this surgery before they operated. They took Another x-ray to make sure she was still needing the surgery. Urgent care had then contacting a radiologist and both doctor and radiologist agreed that she most likely didn’t have a foreign body in her intestines so they held off on surgery. Turns she had something else entirely and save me alot of money. They were very professional and caring, and I appreciate the team for making me feel comfortable with leaving my pet in their care.

They saw us on a Saturday when my vet was closed . My chessie was urinating alot of blood. After running blood work and talking with me he started treating her for lyme disease. 2 days later she is doing better and they have a new patient.

A wonderful caring team today: Dr. Powers, Nicole RVT and Jessica. They were so kind and caring that helped to be at ease. My Bogart – Shih Tzu – was sick with vomiting and diarrhea and was dehydrated. Dr. Powers did an excellent assessment and made reasonable recommendations. I did not feel pressured in any way. Nicole is very knowledgeable! Jessica was kind and loving to my old guy. And there was a Wando HS student observing. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in. She was so kind caring. We had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to go back!
