We had to put our 15.5 year old dog, Grace, down yesterday. This place was FANTASTIC with my 2 teenage kids. They were patient, kind, and explained everything so well. We cannot recommend this location enough for their Urgent Care. We had to take our dog in without an appointment and were welcomed right away, the friendliest of staff took our boy straight to the back to examine. Communication was exceptional the whole way through, the staff were honest and upfront with what to expect and beyond knowledgeable, going as far as providing emergency locations in the area and even an unprompted follow up call the next day. Further to the communication, complete upfront clarity on costs truly helps relieve, at-least a portion, of the stress of the visit. Our total came out to be LESS than originally quoted, where do they do that? Money aside, the care for not only the animals but their customers is top notch. They made our experience exceptional despite such crumby circumstances.

This is the best vet staff I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Clear, diligent, efficient, and compassionate. I was pleasantly surprised with the price. The fee for emergencies is reasonable, as were the prices of the treatments they performed. Also, they didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. The staff here should be very proud.

I had a wonderful experience at AcutePet Urgent Care! It was around 5 pm when I noticed our Peanut couldn’t set his left leg down. He didn’t seem to mind it but I was immediately worried since he has a history of herniated disc. Our regular vet was closed so I googled all of the emergency vets in my area and, thankfully, AcutePet was the one that closed the latest. From the moment we came in, with no appointment or prior phone call 😬, the staff was so friendly and compassionate. The customer service is beyond amazing. I was offered a beverage while I waited, they listened to all of my concerns and both the doctor and vet tech were so patient at explaining things. I never once felt rushed or like I was taking up their time. Dr. Armstrong was very honest with the prognosis from what she could tell without X-rays and she sent us home with medication and very clear instructions. Great experience, highly recommend to anyone that needs their pet checked out.

This was the first time we brought our dog here and we were very satisfied with the care we received. We were greeted when we walked in and were given a room right away and offered a selection of beverages while we waited for the Doc. Place is very clean and bright. Nurses and doctor took great care of our scared and sick dog. Although the results were not what we wanted to hear, the team was very supportive and caring. They assisted with calling the pet hospital to let them know we were coming there and offered any further assistance we might need. The compassion shown will not be forgotten. Our precious canine friend is no longer with us, but the support and kindness she was given on her last day meant the world to us. Huge thank you to the entire team!
