The Veterinarian, as well as all the other staff members were kind, compassionate, as well as understanding about our cat’s condition, and our financial restraints. Without hesitation, the staff was able to come up with a game plan, after accurate diagnosis, for our cat’s treatment that fit within our budget and I am pleased to say that our cat is doing much better and is on the mend… Thank YOU ALL at AcutePet Urgent Care 💓. My baby(dog) collapsed, yesterday 1/11, while having it coming from both ends. I called 2 other emergency vets and both recommended AcutePet in West Chester. And after speaking with the receptionist, we headed that way. Everyone and I mean everyone was excellent in explaining, empathetic in taking care of my baby as well as myself. My baby is in hospice care now but they provided meds until I can get into my primary vet. I am very thankful of the decision to take my baby to AcuteVet. Great staff. Thank you for everything

They immediately assessed my dog and then fully explained the procedures necessary as well as the costs involved. They recognized his anxious temperament and worked with it to make him comfortable throughout. The location is great with easy access.

My dog fin has been to many vets since we moved to Charleston and I didn’t feel great about any of them. Hes a rescue and was raised by a college girl, so naturally hes a mess. This vet worked with fin and made him comfortable. I can’t recommend them and their team enough by far the best veterinary care I’ve received here!

I cannot say enough about this facility. My sweet baby Dexter received care from another location, but Dr. Powers at the Mt. Pleasant location very literally saved my baby’s life! Nicole is an absolutely wonderful tech, and even the lady at the front desk was wonderful. I’ll be forever grateful for this team!

Absolutely lovely people working here. Even though my Bengal Cat was being difficult they were kind and gentle. They even put cat tv in his cage to calm him down which worked like a charm. Thank you for saving him and he is recovering .
