AcutePet Urgent Care is a brand new facility for your emergent sickness of your pets that is price conscious and friendly.

While it wasn’t good news, they were quick, kind and handled everything very beautifully. They sent a lovely card, I got a card with her paw prints, a lovely box and laid out beautifully and while it still makes me cry, I couldn’t imagine a better team to have handled the situation.

I brought in a stray kitten I had found that started to quickly decline on a Sunday evening. They were so kind and really listened to the fact that I wanted to do my best to help this kitten, but couldn’t spend my life savings. We came up with a plan and they never once pushed any treatments or additional costs.

I brought my pup in after he had a dog bite. They treated him quickly and with care. They even handles this worried mama with ease. Pup and mom are doing much better!

A bit pricey but fast and friendly. Got in the next day for an exam and meds for $350 (cat with skin issues). Would recommend if you can’t wait a month for a regular vet visit 🐈‍⬛🦄👍🏻

Dr Kloepfer (sp?) is a lovely doctor! Took my pup in most recently for licking his skin raw and she got him squared away and in a cost effective manner. Saw Dr Midkiff for back problems and behavioral type issues and she was able to provide me with good information on how to move forward and some medications to help him rest and feel better. I also saw here for a routine check in both cats just to be sure they were handling my move well. She found a UTI I was unaware of and got one of my cats all fixed up. Dr Hanson saw my dog for limping and also a broken incisor. He gave me a lot of great information on how to handle this while waiting to get his teeth taken care of and was happy to meet me where I was on budget constraints. He also was happy to recheck my dog a week later to make sure he was improving. Acute pet is awesome and their team there is compassionate and understanding. I felt that most of it was cost effective and much better than the other places surrounding, in care and price. It felt a lot more personal and not a fee to take my dog to the back. They were transparent about costs from the jump and didn’t pressure me into things I couldn’t afford. I did question some of the plan and what I didn’t understand, they were happy to sit and explain why it was important to do the testing they’re suggesting. The whole staff there is really incredible. I’m clearly a frequent flyer but it’s because my pets feel comfortable with the people that work there. Also their front staff is really really nice and accommodating. The place is clean and the people are nice. I’d give more stars if I could. I always intend to write a review every time I go and always forget! Wanted to get everyone in one!!
