I’m visiting my daughter & family in Ohio (I’m from New Jersey). My baby boy, Biggie, developed an issue that needed to be treated immediately. Pony Express was booked, but they were kind enough to refer me to AcutePet. I called AcutePet: first impressions are lasting impressions! From the initial contact to checking out – stellar service from the front desk staff, vet tech/nurse to the doctor. Everyone was so genuinely pleasant and caring. Biggie gets very nervous during vet visits – the issue was with his right ear – but he allowed the vet tech/nurse AND doctor to look in his ear! He was really good about it, too! That indicated that Biggie was comfortable which spoke volumes. I’d highly recommend AcutePet for your out-of-state veterinary needs! 🐕🐕🐕❤️❤️❤️

I came in over the weekend with my very ill cat and this place was so good to me and my cat. I can’t say enough good things about them and their bedside manner (to me!) was impeccable. I was in an out in a reasonable amount of time and they were able to transfer us to another emergency vet with 24 hour care and they even provided me with estimates. Again I can’t say enough good things and I hope to never need them again but if I do this will always be my first stop.

Great staff, very accommodating. I came in with my kids and the lady turned on cartoons for them on their screen. We did not have to wait long at all. They even gave my kids snacks. Prices were reasonable too. Overall great experience!

Awesome experience with my dog . She had an eye injury and infection that was diagnosed and treated with care and compassion when our regular vet was not available. Appreciate the quick appointment and thank you for being able to see her before Monday . When calling the vet on Thursday with no appointments available till Monday, maybe. Emergency visits don’t always happen 9-5! Thank you again

Acute pet took good care of Mandy. They were very thorough and took time to explain everything to us. It was pricey, but all emergency rooms or urgent care facilities are expensive.

Brought my cat in on a Friday night. They got us right in. Although they could not help him, they sent us to an Animal Hospital for treatment. Would definitely go there again if the need arises.
