The entire experience with Acute Pet Urgent Care was exceptional! The front desk staff was very helpful and understanding and the veterinarian took lots of time with my dog and explained thoroughly what was going on. Their wonderful treatment had my pet feeling much better and back to herself the following day. They also contacted me the next day to see how she was doing. Would definitely recommend!

We went to AcutePet Urgent Care in Beavercreek, OH because our dog, Brandy, was showing signs of illness. Unfortunately, they diagnosed her with an aggressive from of cancer and we had to euthanize her that evening. Although it was one of the worst things we’ve had to experience in our lives, the team did all they could to keep us and Brandy comfortable as we said our goodbyes. They brought her a big plate of people food for her last meal and Dr. Drop was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. We are very appreciative of the wonderful care we received, even though the circumstances were just tragic. We would absolutely go there again with any other pets for urgent care needs.

Last Wednesday March 4, 2026 I brought our elderly Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in as she wasn’t able to stand up, wasn’t eating, wasn’t drinking water and and not peed or pooped for 24 hours. The staff from calling for an appointment, as I couldn’t get ahold of our vet, to checking us in, to the doctor evaluation of her. The best solution was to send her over the rainbow bridge. This was done so compassionately. I wish they could be our full time vet not just for emergencies.

A visit to Urgent Care certainly wasn’t on my Bingo card, but the team at AcutePet made an incredibly difficult situation much easier. From the moment we walked in, my pup received compassionate and attentive care. Samantha, Kat, and Dr. Handler were truly exceptional. They took the time to clearly explain everything, were respectful of my budget, and remained honest and transparent throughout the entire process. Thanks to their care, I’ve been given a few more days—hopefully even a few more weeks—with my sweet girl, and I’m deeply grateful for that.
