Very impressed and happy with this experience! I was able to book an appt on a Sunday, within an hour. The team was kind, informative, and treated our rescue kitty with care. They also followed up the next day and called to make sure the kitty was still doing good. 5 star experience and though I hope I don’t have an emergency in the future, if we do I will definitely be back.

Came for a weekend with my pets and my dog Loki had a heat spot fester. Came in at 9pm. Was seen immediately, the staff was very professional and compassionate. They took care of Loki and me in the best way possible. It was my best experience at an urgent vet clinic. Thank you to the team for the quick support and getting on our way to a fun pet friendly weekend in SC. They took care of us and were absolutely incredible. The take home instructions and medication notices were also very professional; it was seamless from the professionals to the tech 360° support. Loki is sporting an undercut for the fall 🤣

Dr. Powers and the entire staff were wonderful with Palmer. Dr. Powers actually saved Palmer life. She had an obstruction in her bladder. We are so grateful for them!!!
