Dr. Yates was amazing. The entire staff was also incredible. They were very kind and approached treating my dog as if she was their own. Hopefully I won’t need to use them in the future but if I do this is hands down where I will be going.

If I could give AcutePet Urgent Care more than five stars, I absolutely would! I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and compassionate, and they treated Sasha, my cat, with such care. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, bright, and welcoming, which helped ease some of the anxiety that comes with an already stressful situation. I’m especially grateful that my primary veterinarian recommended AcutePet rather than sending us to an emergency clinic. When the situation isn’t life-threatening, AcutePet is a much more affordable option while still providing excellent care. I also really appreciated that the team followed up with us the next day to check on Sasha and make sure she was feeling better. That extra touch meant so much and really showed how much they genuinely care about their patients and their families. Thank you, AcutePet, for taking such wonderful care of Sasha!

We had the best experience with our dog at Acute Vet. From the moment we walked in , everyone was so kind, caring and compassionate. They treated our dog like family and made us feel completely comfortable and cared for . We are so grateful we found them . We’d highly recommend them to anyone who has pets . To add to the great experience, our dog was prescribed some medication and the added touch was the hand colored name they added on her prescription bag 💖Lady loved it !

Excellent experience, my dog Walden is very nervous around new people. This was my first time here since they came highly recommended from a friend. They made Walden feel comfortable. They were thoughtful and thorough. They even called the next day to check on him. Highly recommend.
