Outstanding experience. We were early. They took us back as soon as we walked in. Clinic was super clean. Staff were great. Vet, Dr. Ramirez was wonderful. I hope we don’t have to go again! We will if need be. Highly recommend. Our dog was super comfortable with everyone and she is on the mend!

AcutePet Urgent Care was wonderful when my cat was very sick and I was trying to get answers. The whole team was kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. They even had the perfect kitty burrito for cats who do not love vet visits. Dr. Christopher Powers took the time to explain what might be going on and why we still did not have clear answers yet. After evaluating my cat further, he recommended BluePearl Animal Hospital for the overnight care and treatment he needed, which ended up being the right next step. His calm demeanor and empathy meant a lot during such a stressful and emotional time.

They were great. No waiting for an appt. Took excellent care of us. Lots of staff. Very transparent and super kind with my dog Seamus. We were in town visiting our daughter and they treated us like we’ve been coming there our entire pets life. Highly recommend!

I have a very grumpy orange cat who was not happy to be at the vet. Despite his complaints, the staff were very accommodating and understanding. It took two rounds of sedation for him to be okay with treatment, and they were so brave, patient, and kind with him despite him being so difficult. While he was in treatment, they checked in with us multiple times and gave many updates. They explained the processes thoroughly and answered all of our questions, even ones that were probably simple. They followed up with us in the next few days to make sure my kitty was ok. I’m so grateful that they were so willing to handle my problem child and gave me such peace of mind through the process. Definitely reccomend this team for troublesome pets! They can handle it and will be so helpful.

Our dog had an allergic reaction to something unknown, we took her to AcutePet Urgent Care and they got us in immediately. Dr Powers was very thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and they took great care of our golden. Hopefully we won’t have to return, but if for any reason we do, I feel very comfortable knowing they are close by.
