The doctor and staff were exceptional. Not only Competent but Compassionate as well. They deal with very sick animals in a very Humane way. It is nice to know that these type of pet hospitals exist.

I’m so grateful to have AcutePet in Mount Pleasant. My dog had a rough week and this was my first time visiting. From the receptionist, to the nurse Nicole, to Dr. Powers- every staff member was so friendly, caring, professional and go above and beyond to ease your worries and take care of the issue at hand. I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave my pup. They didn’t just focus on the problem at hand, but took the time to listen to my pet’s ongoing issues to take a holistic approach and ensure they covered all their bases. When it comes to cost- you cannot even compare to other vet hospitals/ urgent care. The bill was so much lower than what it could’ve been. For that, I am so so grateful. Thank you to the staff for getting Penny back on track, and for providing tremendous care at a reasonable price. I appreciate it so much.

The staff was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. we were very impressed and we will definitely use their services again. The nurse Nicole was absolutely amazing, the best we have ever worked with.

Amazing staff! In September we had s female French bulldog go in to labor a few days early. After calling around for an emergency c-section and getting quoted 6-9k for a service my normal vet charges 600-900, yes 10 times! We found acute pet. Not only were they amazing with the case they provided, the vet on duty was knowledgeable of the breed and things to do and not do. The bill, 2700.00. Yes still way more than my regular vet but much more doable. We came home with 3 healthy babies and a mom that recovered in record time. Pictured are the babies snug in their bed, they were welcomed earthside September 27, 2025. Thank you acute pet, I have already recommended you to several people for emergency care.

It just so happened that I had a conversation with a friend just a week earlier about AcutePet Urgent Care. I’m so glad we did because our senior dog, was fine until she wasn’t. The staff took the time to discuss our options and they couldn’t have been any kinder. Professional, clean and worth the visit if you need.
