I brought my son’s doodle in because he had gastrointestinal and very anxious. The staff was fabulous. Britney, Nicole and Dr. Christopher Powers were so helpful and offered several options to help “Duke” feel better. I followed their prescription, and Duke in two days is his old self. Thank you for your calm, patient manner and most important Dr. Powers expertise. Acutepet Urgent Care was very clean and welcoming. Thank you.

Excellent they took my dog immediately and they took care of him, and I was so relieved at the bill. It was not anything that would’ve cost if I had taken him to the emergency room on Sunday they gave me plenty of medication for my dog who had a severe case of diarrhea and my dog is doing much better. Very kind. I called a couple times for some questions and they were there to answer I really really highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care

Our dog was in sudden failing health and our regular vet couldn’t see us. We went to AcutePet Urgent Care snd found two kind, compassionate doctors who are helping us through a difficult situation. I was impressed with running tests with almost immediate results, zeroing in on our doggie’s problems and quickly responding with treatment, the environment at the facility is quite pleasant ( not scary) and the techs and other staff were very nice and professional. You can feel secure about taking your pet to AcutePet. I just wish they offered regular primary care so we could do our checkups etc there. Two thumbs up and thank you Dr Yates and Dr. Powers.

We cannot thank AcutePet Urgent Care enough for the incredible compassion and care they showed our beloved dog, Princess, during one of the most difficult days of our lives. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated Princess with kindness, patience, and genuine love. The veterinarian, Dr. Yeates and vet tech, Jessica Hecker, took the time to sit on the floor with her, helping her feel comfortable and cared for during her evaluation. They performed an ultrasound, thoroughly explained their findings, and provided us with an honest and compassionate medical opinion regarding her condition. Although the outcome was heartbreaking and ultimately led us to make the difficult decision to let Princess go peacefully, we are so grateful for the guidance, empathy, and professionalism we received. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and comforted through an incredibly emotional experience. The entire team was trustworthy, caring, and respectful—not only toward Princess but toward our family as well. We will always remember the kindness they showed us and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone needing exceptional veterinary care. Thank you for helping Princess and for treating her with such dignity and love.
