I was not anticipating needing an urgent care appointment Sunday for my dog. Nor did I expect to not come home with him. From the moment I arrived at AcutePet everyone was kind and professional. The vet tech and veterinarian treated my dog with compassion and kindness. The veterinarian explained all of the test results and didn’t pressure me to get all labs and work up available. He only suggested options that would be most appropriate. The veterinarian helped me make the best informed decision for my dog. Sadly my dog gained his wings, but it was done with compassion, kindness and peacefully. Thank you for helping me navigate this difficult situation.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it! The staff is very friendly and welcoming along with knowledgeable and understanding. We took our cat here for a medical emergency and although our outcome wasn’t what we were hoping for.. They were very understanding and supportive through the whole process!

I had to rush my Blue Tick to AcutePet yesterday morning for multiple puncture wounds, my other dog attacked him. 😢 They were extremely caring, informative and on top of his injuries. Highly recommend!

As a previous veterinary professional, my bar is high and the wonderful people here exceeded all my expectations. The technician, Marcus, was friendly and funny and made a stressful visit a bit easier. The Doctor was extremely thorough, compassionate and even fun to talk to in a worrisome situation. So grateful for these folks taking care of my sick fur kid, we will definitely be back if they are needed again. The costs were also very fair and reasonable. Just a great place.
