After sitting at another urgent care facility for 5 hours, I was able to make an appointment and have my pet treated in just over an hour, which included diagnostic testing. The Vet was awesome and talked to my pet, since they are the patient, as we discussed options for treatment. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I will never go anywhere else. Most definitely recommend them over anyone else in the area.

Can’t thank them enough! Pup was bit by a snake and we experienced our first emergency visit. I was so worried because I have heard horror stories about the costs of different ER’s. They made me aware of the upfront costs and were very respectful of my budget. (Even though I would have traded my husband if needed😂) They didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed. Pup received exceptional care and is doing great! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for everyone working at AcutePet. We rushed there late with our cat, who is not a people person, and they carefully and patiently did everything that was needed. I highly recommend them and would certainly go back.

The visit went really well. Very polite and professional stuff from the front desk to the vet technicians and the doctor, everyone I communicated with was polite and show care towards my little yorkie as well towards me. Open and attentive communication. The facility is spotless and offers calm atmosphere. All the questions have been answered. All the record from the visit has been e-mailed to the primary vet office. They call to check on my dog the following day. The place was recommended to me by the primary vet office and I recommended as well.

This was our second time there, but this time it was because it was our old man’s time to go. The staff was VERY compassionate but also did a really good job of explaining every step of the process. They never rushed us or Devin. He received care with dignity and compassion and his final moments were peaceful. They never questioned our decision and in fact helped reassure us that we knew Devin best and we’re making the right decision. Completely aside but their prices are really reasonable for an emergency/after hours vet.

I had a very good experience with the emergency vet today. They bring you an estimate sit down and explain what is what. Also what you feel comfotable doing today and what can wait till a primary visit. They are very reasonably priced and it helps to be able to provide more services for your pet.

I recently had lost my cat, I had contacted Acute Pet urgent care cause because I was going to put him down. I knew he didn’t have much time left unfortunately on the way there, he passed away, and I never caught the name of the receptionist that worked at the desk, but she knew exactly who he was and she quickly put us in a room so we could grieve The passing of my beloved Rascall She gave us a bottle of water and said take as much time as you need and that the staff would be in whenever we were ready to let them go. I didn’t get the chance to use their services but The two people I met were very, very sweet and kind, and when I came back for his paw print, the same person that was working the desk had seen me when I brought my Cat in, she was still the same sweet person and it made it a little easier on me. Thank you all for your service and your kindness.
