Altho this was not a planned visit. The Staff was very nice, caring and accommodating. Kayla was so sweet.

Very friendly and efficient

We recently brought our elderly lab here who had an episode of some kind, heart attack or stroke while we were at work. They explained the situation and possible outcomes clearly, even though we didn’t like our choices or her chances we had to make a tough decision. They helped us through that process as well with compassion and caring.

AcutePet was an amazing place for the last couple of hours for my dogs life. They were the only urgent care that did not have at least a 2 hour wait or more. When I walked in with my dog Maraca we quickly were checked in and put into a room to see the nurse and doctor. They listened to all my concerns and looked over my dog. The doctor came in and you could tell he really cared about the animals and he was very honest about my dog’s outcome or what treatments could be attempted. As we were switching rooms I caught a glimpse of one of the nurses sitting in the back and just petting my dog’s head as she was trying to keep her warm and giving her oxygen. They made sure my dog was well taken care of and knew she was loved even when she wasn’t with us. The doctor was very understanding and knew it was a hard decision to put her down but was very compassionate to my family as we gathered to say goodbye to her. They explained everything we needed and allowed us as much time as we needed. They really made a very difficult thing to do easier. They even made sure she was taken care of after she was gone and sent a card to our home with notes from each of them saying how they were so sorry for our loss. They will definitely be a place I will keep in mind for any other urgent things with my other pets and who I will recommend to others.

I took my pet here after Bluepearl dismissed us and treated is, as if my dog who was bleeding was not important. Acutpet took us right in. Treated my dog. They took such great care of him. And me they saw i was upset and worried they calmed me down. I will now only go to acutepet for emergencies

I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. After my dog was bitten at the dog park, I called to see if they could help, and the team was incredibly kind and reassuring right away. They were able to get us in quickly, and the entire staff was compassionate and attentive throughout the visit. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which I really appreciated, and the vet tech was gentle, supportive, and helpful every step of the way. My dog was treated with such care and professionalism. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend AcutePet Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt, compassionate veterinary care.

Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and easy to understand. They prescribed some medication for our kitten and they followed up the next day to see how things were going. I would highly recommend them for your pet needs. I only wish they did well care also.
