The Veterinarian, as well as all the other staff members were kind, compassionate, as well as understanding about our cat’s condition, and our financial restraints. Absolutely lovely people working here. Even though my Bengal Cat was being difficult they were kind and gentle. They even put cat tv in his cage to calm him down which worked like a charm. Thank you for saving him and he is recovering .

Absolutely loved the staff. Our puppy Riley came in very sick with Parvo and they helped her so much. They walked us through everything and showed so much compassion. Riley is now better than ever and back to being her happy healthy self.

Exceeded our expectations every way. Quick diagnostics, VERY exceptional veterinarian who took the time more than once to answer our many questions. We and our pets were treated with compassion, respect, sympathy, knowledge and understanding. This was our first time there and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Wish they did primary care actually because I’d never go anywhere else.

I had such wonderful experience! The receptionist, the vet techs, the doc, were all very nice. I came in with a stray kitten and the doctor went thru a plan of what they wanted to tackle first and what can be handled later with my vet. She went over pricing first and made sure I was comfortable with everything they needed to be done. She was also very informative.

Literally my only gripe is that it was a little hard to find. Every staff member was absolutely delightful. I brought my cat in on a Sunday at 6pm, thinking he had a broken leg. He was immediately taken for evaluation while I checked in. Dr. Torres explained everything clearly and in full detail, frequently pausing to ensure I was following. My cat didn’t have a broken leg, but instead an abscess with horrible swelling. The staff was so kind and patient with him—this cat is a jerk so I was really impressed. Nobody WANTS to go to an emergency vet, but if you HAVE to go, definitely go to AcutePet.
