Staff was very friendly and efficient. They put myself and dog at ease almost immediately. I think my dog wanted to stay with Dr. Torres. Clinical evaluation was thorough and very well explained.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I went here for thr first time for my son’s dogs emergency. They were respectful caring and took great care of my Mericle. They explained all that was going on with her and her options. They saved her. I will forever be greatful

I’m not sure I have words to describe how wonderful this place is, and how lucky we are to have you in Summerville. From the start- the facility is so clean and pleasant. Well cared for in every way. Second, the staff are fantastic, caring, and compassionate. Some vets I have been to jump to accusations toward the pet parent, and I get it. I really do. They see plenty of terrible pet parents, but I am a responsible pet owner who was very worried about her sweet cat (Ruby). They were also very thorough, possibly spotting an issue our regular vet may have missed. They made a follow up call the next day to check on Ruby, and were very professional in every interaction. Do not hesitate to take your fur babies here if they’re having an emergent medical issue.

It was a Sunday evening and we made the choice to put our 18 yr old chihuahua Mazy to sleep. She was rapidly declining throughout the day. I called and was told to bring her to the office. Everyone there was so nice and compassionate during this difficult time. We were reassured that we made the right choice. I would definitely recommend the Summerville office if you need emergency pet care.
