My 15 year old beagle mix, Almond, suddenly started acting lethargic and couldn’t walk on Sunday. I found AcutePet after some frantic googling, and I would gladly use their services again. Unfortunately, Almond is now in hospice/palliative care after a mass was found in his chest. But the care he received here was outstanding, and the vet team clearly cared about making him comfortable (and giving him plenty of attention). The price was very affordable compared to a “standard” ER vet. The vet who cared for Almond and who explained his scans/diagnosis was amazing, and she followed up the next day to see how he was doing. While I hope I never need to use a vet urgent care again, I’d gladly come back here and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

I brought my dog in this evening because she wasn’t walking, was not eating, and was behaving abnormally. The staff took her back immediately and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this business

Amazing veterinary office. Was seen right away, the staff was kind and efficient and the doctor was amazing. Would highly recommend. My cat is feeling much better.

Exceptional service provided from start to finish. I came in with an intoxication case without an appointment and was immediately scheduled and placed in a room. The technician that assisted me and my pet was super thorough and made sure he gathered all the info on my pets case and took him back for examination. After exam the veterinarian, Dr. Pelletier came in and discussed exam findings and went over treatment options for my pets case. Over all fantastic experience, very affordable for non critical cases. *This is not an emergency hospital, if your pet is in critical condition please call before bringing your pet in as they may recommend an alternative option for care based on your pets needs.

The very friendly & professional staff were able to identify why my dog was in pain. I was given clear instructions for his care & got a follow up call 24 hrs later. The medications relieved his pain & within 10 days my dog was recovered. I would highly recommend AcutePet.

The Veterinarian, as well as all the other staff members were kind, compassionate, as well as understanding about our cat’s condition, and our financial restraints. Without hesitation, the staff was able to come up with a game plan, after accurate diagnosis, for our cat’s treatment that fit within our budget and I am pleased to say that our cat is doing much better and is on the mend… Thank YOU ALL at AcutePet Urgent Care 💓. I would/will definitely recommend your facility to any other pet owner I may come across in the future that needs immediate medical attention. I am most grateful indeed.

Absolutely lovely people working here. Even though my Bengal Cat was being difficult they were kind and gentle. They even put cat tv in his cage to calm him down which worked like a charm. Thank you for saving him and he is recovering .

Absolutely loved the staff. Our puppy Riley came in very sick with Parvo and they helped her so much. They walked us through everything and showed so much compassion. Riley is now better than ever and back to being her happy healthy self.
